Room OK 9/10, Staff Personality OK 9/10, cleanliness OK 9/10, Building needed upgrade 6/10.

Lokasi hotel tidak sesuai yang di aplikasi, ternyata sudah pindah. Lift hanya satu dengan kondisi apa adanya. lorong gelap terkesan menyeramkan. Untuk kamar sesuai dengan gambar, luas dan nyaman.

Lokasi hotel sangat bersahabat, Hanya perlu update gambar hotel pada plikasi karena hotel sudah berpindah tempat dan berbeda dari tampilan yang tertera pada layanan aplokasi. Hal ini agar tidak membuat binggung traveler yang menggunakan hotel tersebut.

Pelayanan hotel ramah dan memuaskan, lokasi hotel dekat pusat belanja, harga hotel sangat murah, saya dan keluarga kalau ke Johru akan menginap di hotel ini lagi.

Not well maintained. Parking and swimming pool are in another haunted building.

Hotel not maintained. Dark, gloomy, dirty, dusty. Parking far in another haunted building. Swimming pool really far. better don't put swimming pool as one of your facility.

Everything oke, staf pun baik.

Boleh tahan dan hktel kenangan dan mesti tak terlupakan....

Kayaknya hotel erya by suria ini hotel lama. Pada saat masuk hotelnya bau tak sedap, terus suasana hotel agak gelap, tapi pelayannya ramah, nice. Oke lah dengan harga yang terjangkau.

Old hotel but clean and on strategic location

Bilik yang diberi tidak sama seperti dalam gambar yang ditunjukkan.

Hotel bersih, AC kamar dapat yang berisik. Untuk pemesan warga negara asing dikenakan tax 10 RM, receptionis ramah.

The room is too small.. smell like the old one.. fare food..

The hotel is good. But in toilet they just put few like 1pc soap 1pc shampoo at 1pc shower gel in a small 1 inch high container. They are thrifty to give more than that. In the evening we feel like were not safe because the security on duty in the night is sleeping sometimes he didn't notice who comes in and out in the middle of the night.but over all good hotel I give them 7 out of 10.
