Spacious bedroom with sofa, kitchen. Our room was at 3rd floor and no lift. Really close to restaurants, cafe.

Kamarnya luas, bersih, parkiran luas, sayang lampunya terlalu remang-remang kalau malam. Mungkin lebih baik lampunya di ganti warna putih agar lebih terang. Overall sih puas nginap di sini 3 malam

Need to upgrade the room, the curtains in bed room was broken and didn't really functional, the shower was very slow and the TV need upgrade!

Overall staffs were friendly, stayed here for a couple of times these past few years for solo trip. The hotel needs minor renovation including broken shower while I was there. I booked a one bedroom with the balcony, but they gave me first floor instead, which isn't my preference.

Lokasinya strategis banget. Room-nya spacious dan ada dapurnya, cocok untuk keluarga.

Kamar dengan two room. Kamarnya luas, bersih, balkonnya gede, staff sangat ramah sekali dan yang paling penting kasurnya itu nyaman jadi bisa tidur dengan nyenyak (kasurnya tipe yang nyaman keras bukan lembek yang bikin pas kita tenggelam pas tidur dan buat badan sakit) lokasinya hanya di belakang Living Stone. Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan sekali.

Letak strategis …. Kamar yang nyaman dan bersih juga staff yang sangat ramah …. Cuma sayang unt outdoor agak gelap pd waktu malam …. Cb deh mis lebih terang 👍.

Hotel bersih, ruangannya juga sangat luas. Di dalam ruangan tersedia alat memasak yang lengkap dan microwave. Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan dan staf-staf nya ramah. Letak hotel juga sangat strategis karena di sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan. Merupakan 1 tempat pilihan hotel bila berkunjung ke Bali lagi. Thank you Kokonut Suite dan Traveloka.

Puas nginap d sini. Kamar nya luas seperti 1BR apartment. D living room ada sofa bed bisa untuk tidur 1 orang lagi. Kitchen nya lengkap peralatan nya bisa untuk masak yang simple-simple. AC dingin, wifi ada router d kamar.

We are very happy for spending our stays in Bali at Kokonut suites. This resorts locations was very strategic, around many good places for hang out, coffee and bakery cafe (Livingstone) was just in front of the resort with only few minutes by walking. We booked 2 bedrooms suites with the balcony facing the pool and green gardens, what a refreshing view especially in the morning with clean air and bali vibes to start you day of vacations ☺️

Fasilitas oke, cuma sudah agak tua. WiFi tiap malam tidak bisa error, lokasi dekat kemana-mana, pelayanan dan service oke, breakfast ala carte ke kamar.

Nyaman, tenang, tapi dekat ke mana-mana. Letaknya di sebelah living stone. Pelayanan ramah dan fasilitas lengkap. Meski beberapa bantal sofa bau apek, tapi tidak masalah, tetap suka!

Semua sesuai dengan penawaran di foto, lokasi strategis, pelayanan bagus. Best untuk semuanya untuk cokonut suite, hanya 1 masalah, tak ada liftnya tapi oke kok, respon cepat dari staf semuanya.

Everything was good, from the check in process, the guy who escorted me to the room, and the food also. But one thing that made me unhappy is somebody was knocking the glass wall behind the bathroom’s mirror from outside (corridor) when I was in the bathtub (I could see clearly a hand knocked it). He also said some words loudly and then walked away. I’m not sure if it was another guest or the staff did it. But when I went outside for checking, I only saw 2 room service staffs and 1 housekeeping staff. I think you shouldn’t have this in a 4 star accommodation. Without this bad experience, I think you guys are 10/10

Sangat memuaskan, keseluruhan hampir sempurna.

Location in the heart of seminyak. So many restaurants. Service was delightful however the bathroom kinda old and our bathtub was leaking. But overall, really worth the price. Affordable with big room. This was out second time here and I can see we’ll keep coming back someday

Room was clean and spacious, friendly staff, and breakfast was good. But it's too dark in all area (entrance, stairs, hallway, and even living room). My wife fell down on stairs (no elevators in this hotel) because its too dark to see the steps, fortunately she is okay. Not recommended if you traveling with kids.
