Staying at Golden Palm Resort Sepang was relaxing and scenic. The overwater villas offered stunning sunsets, calm sea views, and peaceful vibes. Friendly staff, great food, and perfect weekend escape!

Check-in & out was smooth. Villa was clean & spacious. Love the ambiance & sea view. Buggy service available but at times very slow (waited for 1 hr which they said 15-20mins waiting time). Overall nice resort. Recommended for anyone who love beach & sea view❤️

Taste of breakfast is total disaster. I have went to 3star hotel at cameron which has better and tasty food. The food selection here is too little, roti and kaya with butter,bihun,mee goreng and nasi lemak then some tea coffee and fruits. Too tooo too cheap, didn't expect from 5 star hotel. Taste is like shit, i took just one scoop from every item yet i cant eat it finish.

Accomodating and friendly staffs, clean and roomy room.

The room needs major refurbishment and cleaning. The sofa is covered in stains, and the room smells strongly of cigarettes. I don't feel like I'm in a 5-star property. The restaurant for breakfast is very dirty, with unattended and uncleaned tables. The food quality is poor and tasteless. Some items in the room need replacement, such as the leaking bidet and the dirty mugs. I don't see the value in paying for such conditions.

Loving my stay with my family here. Friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, clean room & toilet, orivacy. Minus point is the dining restaurant has a lot of lalat. Bothered us during our breakfast so we left early.

Superb place with excellent hospitality even during full packed period.

Room was not. Working. Complain 3 times no response. Toilet wash basin. Water retention.

Beautiful resort with amazing customer service. Only downside is breakfast had a lot of flies around.

I would give it a 4 star rating for the room only. The room was big, had a large closet, large bed which is very soft and comfy, had a long couch for resting. Theres table and chairs at balcony for you to enjoy the seaview. Cleaniness wise the room is a bit dusty, glass panes not shiny clean, but still okay. Breakfast choices was a lot but the taste was not terrible. Muffin was hard, pau was cold and hard, nothing is tasty. Price wise is super expensive. Location wise is quite far and secluded in kampung area, no other attraction around the vicinity.

Bilik sangat kotor, tidak ada kemudahan. Park jauh kat luar kena naik fan, nak tunggu fan tu bukan main panas. Park kat dalam kena bayar RM25 kalau keluar jalan-jalan nak masuk lagi kena bayar RM10 lagi, spoil betul lagi-lagi bawak anak kecik. Tak sesuai untuk percutian.
