Anggun Boutique Hotel was exactly as pictured and described. The street was quiet, with restaurants, bars, shopping, and MRT within walking distance. It is likely we will stay here again as the neighborhood, price, and style of hotel were very agreeable. I exchanged several emails with the office before our visit to confirm a late arrival and received fast response.

Sheets are yellow, hot water can't keep up with water pressure If they don't have the ingredients stated in the breakfast, they just give you what they have without telling you. (e.g., order Kaya continental breakfast, only break without Kaya is given). Price is good for a four star, but the service doesn't warrant a four star.

I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly. My room was clean and spacious. Big enough for 4 people. Breakfast wasn't very impressive but the Mamak Restaurant next door made up for that.

The service is was bad. I went out with my friends and came back at around 5am and noticed the main door was locked and I had to wait for about 5 minutes for someone to come and open the doors. Not only that, the receptionist called me at 11.45am to remind that I have to checkout at 12pm. Obviously everyone knows this but it’s not even 12 yet and you ask me to leave ? Where is your manners ? I was busy packing and get ready at that time and you called me to remind me this ? So impolite and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thumbs up for the staffs, food, spa and the homely ambience that the hotel offers. Only the parking space is a bit let down as it does not offer many.
