每年開齋節前，我們都會選擇這家飯店，因為它離海灘、沿海小吃攤、連鎖餐廳、購物中心、咖啡館、休息室和酒吧都很近。飯店員工的友善熱情是我們最重視的一點。謝謝DEKUTA酒店，明年開齋節我們還會再來。

飯店員工熱情友好，樂於助人，不帶種族歧視，對國內外客人都非常體貼周到。飯店位置便利，毗鄰海灘購物中心。客房舒適乾淨，熱水供應迅速，空調冷氣效果良好，並提供每日客房清潔服務。

Hotel yang strategis! Dekat ke Beachwalk, dekat ke Pantai Kuta, parkiran aman, pelayanan juga mantap.

Staff yg ramah, kebersihan yg oke, kawasan yg pling flexibel, mau ke mall dekat, pusat perbelanjaan dekat, ke pantai dekat.. pokoknya recommend sekali. InsyaAllah next ke Bali pasti nginap dsni lg. Keren.dgn harga yg standart tp kualitas se oke ini.semoga semakin sukses Dekuta hotel Bali.👍

Tolong perbaiki fasilitas hotel, kebersihan dijaga. Kalau tidak ada lift untuk ke kamar, minimal staff bisa membantu pelayanan.

Lokasinya deket bgt sama beach walk mall, tinggal jalan kaki aja, tapii lokasinya juga sering macet. Karena letaknya di gang dan hanya ada 1 jalur aja. Staff hotel ramah dan helpful, menu breakfast lumayan beragam tapi kalo udah habis, agak lama buat di-refill, but no problem. Untuk kamar saya ambil yang junior suite, ukurannya besar dan luas sekali tapi pas pertama masuk kamarnya bau apek. Setelah diminta semprot, ruangan jadi lebih nyaman. Jarak bed ke TV agak jauh jadi kurang nyaman aja sih buat nonton, terus nggak ada hair dryer, stop kontak sedikit. Pas pertama kali mandi di area shower, tiba2 muncul serangga dari lubang air :)) Kamar selalu dibersihkan dan dirapikan tiap hari. But overall, nyaman nginep di Dekuta. Kalau soal kamar, kayaknya subjektif ya. Untuk hospitality-nya oke banget! So, kalau mau cari hotel yang harganya affordable, deket ke pantai Kuta, dan Beach Walk Mall ini salah satu opsi yang pas.

I stayed at Dekuta for 5 days in March 2025. I wish I did my whole trip there. I had the pool access room which was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was nice. The staff were amazing. The restaurant and bar were fantastic. Fast Wi-Fi. Perfect. Also, a great restaurant next door called Fat Chow. Located on Poppy's Lane 2, plenty of shops around. The only 2 cons, which were not a huge problem but worth pointing out. Hot water in the shower was practically nonexistent except on one day which there was some hot water. And the pool was a little on the warm side too, which isn't very refreshing on a hot day. But honestly, all the pros made up for a couple of minor things. I love Dekuta. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Sangat oke hotel-nya, tempat strategis dekat mal, asyik, nyaman, sarapan oke, bintang 5 yes.

AC bocor, kasur extra bed rusak, anak saya jatuh dari kasur itu, petugas kasih kasur baru tapi tidurnya di lantai, minta bed cover di kasih selimut tipis. Agak sedih sih. Sebelumnya ini adalah hotel kesukaan kami sekeluarga karena dekat ke mana-mana. Semoga tahun depan bisa lebih ditingkatkan kenyamanannya.
