我們一家人入住蘭卡威丹娜飯店，整體來說，這是一次非常愉快且難忘的體驗。 1. 入住/房間安排 我們提前透過Traveloka預訂了連通房，但抵達後卻被告知我們預訂的房型（Grand Marina View）不提供連通房。這讓我們很失望，因為Traveloka之前並沒有告知我們這一點。當天飯店入住率已達80%左右，所以無法更換房間，但前台經理Arif先生和Haris先生非常熱心地幫我們安排了位於二樓的兩間相鄰的房間。我們感謝他們的努力，並接受了這樣的安排。 2. 房間及客房服務 房間舒適，設施齊全，配套設施完善。我的孩子們非常喜歡大浴缸和超級舒適的床！不過，客房服務人員重複使用了毯套：我注意到毯套上有一小塊咖啡漬，即使房間打掃乾淨後，只是翻到了另一面，仍然留有痕跡。這是我們遇到的唯一清潔問題。除此之外，房間裡的其他一切都很棒。 3. 餐飲 客房外送服務和Planter’s餐廳的菜色都很美味。菜單上的選擇可能不算豐富，但品質和口味始終如一地出色。我女兒很喜歡糕點和羊角麵包，而我則非常喜歡麵條湯。整體來說，這是一次很棒的用餐體驗！ 4. 兒童俱樂部及活動 兒童俱樂部是我們的一大亮點。由於我們是在聖誕節期間入住的，所以有很多節日活動，例如裝飾薑餅屋和聖誕老人來訪。我的孩子們可以在那裡玩上好幾個小時，著色、搭建積木、玩耍，他們玩得非常開心！ 5. 設施：泳池和海灘 游泳池和海灘區域乾淨整潔，維護良好，景色優美。當時正值水母季，但工作人員提前告知了我們，以便我們採取預防措施。我們仍然順利地享受了海灘時光。
