隔音效果差、服務態度不佳、入住時告知我因我預約時所留的信用卡有問題要我當場用刷卡機結帳、退房時又告訴我入住當天刷的卡只有授權要我在刷一次、因我有收到信用卡銀行通知付款的簡訊、所以我堅持不再刷第二次、但飯店要我簽一張付款同意書才讓我離開。

Great lobby, good room and spacing. No breakfast is included which is not so good for it is not easy to find a breakfast place around. However, staying there is a pleasure!

Annorlunda. Ser ut som att ha varit ett gammalt sjukhus som nu är ombyggt med en del coola inredningsdetaljer. Trevlig personal.

Bra läge och nära till staden. Svala rum, tyst och mörkt när man skulle sova. Duschen var inte optimal då det pendlade mellan iskallt och varmt.

I stayed in the new wing of this hotel for 11 nights. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for a getting to the heart of the old town where there were more dining and shopping options. I had an unfortunate incident during my stay. I ordered a salmon sandwich from the lobby bar. It must have been off because it made me sick in the middle of the night. I wasn't sure if I should report it, but then I did. The staff were sympathetic, but it took several days to get a response from management. The response was satisfactory and there are no hard feelings. I applaud any hotel or company that tries to make things right.

Nice hotel with a great central location by the river. Nearby parking garage, 30 euros per day,

I got room no.16 initialy and there were more than 30 bugs on the window inside of the room. I took the video and showed it to the check in clerk ladies and she changed my room into no.48. with just saying sorry. There was also 1 bug in the room and i killed it by my hand. There was nothing in the refrigerator even complimentary water. I still can't believe the room charge is over 220euro under this condition of room even though the location is middle in the main city. Never visit this hotel again in my life! never!
