Second time at the hotel. Communication prior to arrival was outstanding and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Augustina and Juan for all your help with finding a suitable room for our needs.

Ich war mit meiner Mama 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Im ersten Zimmer war eine Karkalake und erotische Bilder hangen über dem Bett… anschließend haben wir ein anderes bekommen welchen in Ordnung war. Personal war nett und Lage gut. Frühstück hätte mehr Auswahl sein können. Ich würde das Hotel aber am Ende nicht weiter empfehlen.

Clean room, very friendly staff and excellent cocktails.

Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of hot, cold, sweet & savoury food. Room was basic but clean and cleaned/clean bedding & towels daily. Room had air conditioning which was much needed in August as it was very hot! Reception staff very helpful with all requests. Hotel was full but pool area quiet and plenty of sun loungers available. Lovely bar with good selection of drinks at good prices. Hotel is located only a couple of minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. There is a fantastic small beach, with plenty of trees to provide natural shade, just a 10 minute walk to the left at the bottom of the hill, along the main road 🙂

Great Location, hotel needs a freshen up.My room was very dated and as on on ground floor near reception and bar was very noisy. IMO nothing Boutique about this hotel. The staff and service was friendly and attentive & the breakfast was good. The hotel has the feel of a budget hotel though.

Posto non pulito , le ragazze delle pulizie entrano in camera a pulire anche quando tu sei dentro assurdo , per farvi capire io ero nudo e ho dovuto mandarla via, la colazione non è buona tutta roba riscaldata , hotel pessimo anche a livello di personale sconsiglio a tutti

Très bon séjour. Très bien situé et le personnel au top. Seul « bémol » l’insonorisation avec le couloir et pas d’ascenseur. Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Staff friendly, hotel run down a bit (old) clenung could do with a little mote effort and new carpets as the ones around hotel very worn. At night the steps to our room was fimly lit, had to use light on phone to safely go down to our room. BUT having said said all that, pool area nice, bar was not expencive, breakfast was nice, so it had a lot of good points. Would i stay again? For the price and closeness to the beach and town YES i would, had a fantastic time in Santa ponsa and the hotel didnt spoil it in any way

Very friendly staff... A lovely small hotel with lots of quirky Furniture and photos on the wall of actor's. Nice pool bar which was open during the day....small pool but big enough for the hotel with plenty of beds. Breakfast very good and fresh. With plenty of choice...and a nice selection of fresh fruit. Room was very nice. It was cleaned everyday. And has a large tv and modern bathroom. And brilliant air conditioning. The hotel is not suitable for someone with walking difficulties as it is on a hill and There are lots of steps in the hotel [no lift] Very good hotel with excellent staff well worth the money One draw back the carpet in the halls and stairs need changing ...but everything else Is good

Lovely little adults only hotel 5 mins from beach and bars etc We came for a long weekend - staff and service was excellent - lovely little pool area Can highly recommend

Lovely hotel, It was very quiet location too , breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly. The room was quite basic without a fridge which we could’ve done with apart from that we had a great stay and would go again.

VÄLDIGT lyhört, det hörs varenda litet ljud från korridoren. Under vår vecka fick vi knappt någon sömn pågrund av att du hör ljud så tydligt. Bara att någon granne låste upp dörren skrammlade in i rummet. Stort minus att det inte finns kylskåp på rummet. Städningen: dom bytte aldrig sängkläder. Poolområdet: Bra med platser och bra pool Frukost: Helt okej frukost.

Location was great , nice view , room with balcony very spacious and a young lady that did the check in for us was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice too The room had a weird smell, the shower glass was very dirty and the bathroom was small , the rooms don’t have a fridge which is very annoying considering that is a destination for holidays and the bar in the hotel is always closed.

The outside pool and loungers were lovely- and the bar was stocked and easy to get drinks from. Breakfast was nice, with some basics repeating daily, but most things being different most days. Some hot food, yoghurts, pastries etc. We stayed for a week, and didn't get the bedsheets changed by cleaning at all, which would have been nice. We put towels in the shower to try get new ones and did indeed which was good. The room we had was basic but clean and nice enough- wardrobe and hair dryer (though I probably would bring my own if I came again). Nice area, with a close ATM, little shops, food and the beach within 5 min walking distance. Restaurants around were nice, and easy enough to get a bus. They have a luggage storage for your last day, and even have a shower and let you borrow towels if you needed (and had checked out your room) Overall, nice.

Bon rapport qualité prix Le personnel très gentil- bien situé en proximité de la plage Le prix comprenait le petit déjeuner ce qui était appréciable Je ne conseille pas la chambre standard qui a vu sur la rue et le confort est basique

As it’s Adults only would have liked thie pool to remain open for longer!!!!
