The hotel is close to the train station, no need to cross the bridges, so it is very convenient especially when you are taking heavy luggage. The room provided is clean and tidy, with good wifi connection and other basic things provided. There is no lift in the hotel, but it was not hard for carrying the luggage to upstairs. Breakfast is just normal and fine as other hotels in europe.

酒店在一个小巷子里面，不太好找，可能怨威尼斯的街道都太小了吧，环境很好，屋子也很漂亮，窗台种的还有花草

房間裝潢設計很特別！如照片一樣！ 這是少數Hotel.com訂房&照片相符的飯店！ 無電梯但下午班的小姐非常nice願意幫忙一起搬行李上樓！ 廁所很小！有點可惜！早餐比想像中的好很多！

this hotel is really near to santa lucia train station and many water bus stops are there also. convenient location for traffic...room cozy but small.

靠近火車站，位置不錯。但門口比較不顯眼，要從巷子入去才到門口。 職員服務友善。 早餐的牛角包好吃，但可以選擇的食物種類不多。 整體不錯!

Very old hotel, not really good service but in a good location. very quiet at night time. the bed is abit smelly and very old. room quite large, somehow we accept it because its price.

We are very dissapointed about this hotel. Wifi is not provided. It is so trouble that everytime you go out you have to give the key to the staff first. The room is very dirty. There were some dust on the floor, a can of half-finished potato chips and sands on the bed. We suspect they provide us a cleaning worker's room. The horrible thing is that there was somehting like blood on the mirror.

The room we stayed in was very run down with many items in disrepair or broken. Our door lead onto the kitchen area so we were woken early each morning by the staff preparing. The staff were mainly very friendly and helpful.

宿までわかりずらそうでたどり着けるか心配でしたが、駅を出てから５分程度で難なく到着。駅近、スーパー（いつもやたらに混んでいましたが）やレストランが近く便利な場所です。スタッフの方は大変フレンドリーで親切でした。自分の部屋が真夏にいきなりエアコンが故障のトラブルとなりましたが、部屋の交換にも対応していただきよかったです。

It was very convenient to the train. It had many things close to it. It was very reasonably priced.

I was on the ground floor room that faces the street. It can be a little noisy at times because people walk along the narrow street. Ok for a quick stay - location is wonderfully close to Venezia St Lucia station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Väldigt trevligt mindre Hotel - tyst men centralt läge - väldigt vänlig och bra service

A acomodação é simples, próxima da estação de trem. Café da manhã simples, suco, máquina de café, iogurte, pão, 1 croissant por pessoa, queijo e presunto. Fruta geralmente em compota. Toalhas limpas, cama e chuveiro bons. Só não gostei do quarto em que fomos acomodados… no térreo, #4, ficava na parte externa onde ficavam latas de lixo e ali sempre tinha moscas quando passávamos. Isso foi desagradável. O melhor foi a Fabiana que nos ajudou muito com dicas de transporte para curtir Veneza! Sempre muito atenciosa e simpática.

Very close to main train station in Venice. Easy walk. Quaint little hotel with garden courtyard. Old style key locks. Bed and room was comfortable.
