The location is very good and reception is nice.Whereas,one tip is that there should be combs and toothbrush cases inside.

3 star hotel with 5 star service, the staff made you feel special and always went beyond their normal duty to help in any way. They help us with a taxi service to and from the airport which was a good price. They kept our luggage safe as we had an evening flight. they were always happy and greeted you with a smile. We came as guest but left as friends. We are definitely coming back. The hotel is also in a perfect location to everything. Thank you

Ottima posizione (a due passi dalle fermate dei tram che attraversano il centro della città e dalla fermata dell’autobus da/per aeroporto). Già vicino all’hotel trovate molti locali, ristoranti, bar, supermercati. Camera adeguata e su richiesta pulita quotidianamente. Personale super disponibile e cordiale.

The Alexander provided a great breakfast to start the day. Shops and groceries were nearby, as well as access to the Tram. We recommend the Alexander Hotel!

Huone siisti ja rauhallinen.Henkilökunta mukavaa ja avuliaista.Tosin kokolattiamatto on aina vastenmielinen. Ainut moite oli likainen suihkuverho. Sijainti mainio lähellä ratikkalinjoja.Paljon kahviloita ja ravintoloita lähiympäristössä myös. Hyvä kokemus, voisin palata uudestaan.

Kleine maar schone kamer, weliswaar zonder veel voorzieningen. Vriendelijk personeel, al werd de deur bij aankomst pas na een tijd wachten opengedaan. Parkeren is er niet simpel, tenzij je een pak geld wilt uitgeven. Wij hebben P+R gebruikt, waarbij je de wagen ver buiten de stad parkeert en terugkeert via openbaar vervoer. De ligging van het hotel is prima, op zeven minuten van het Leidse plein. Het ontbijt is simpel maar lekker, zonder veel afwisseling. Al bij al een goede ervaring, op de zeer kleine kamer na.

The hotel is located in a great area for walking to all the sites or the tram but a bit away from the chaos of the city center. It’s an older building with lots of charm and the staff is always willing to help. Family of 4 adults fit in a cozy room with 4 beds. Fresh coffee and tea always available downstairs. Lovely stay!

Room very very small G15..we could only access the bed from one side..or climb up from the bottom..although this is okay if your young being 70 was an assault course ..a single wardrobe with 4 hangers in room no drawers or shelves..a hole in the bathroom door panel..and impact crack and mark in handbasin. Bed light not working ..we had the light fixed and hangers supplied on request. The room was clean and staff helpful . Would not stay again in that room given the choice ..this is the second booking with expedia this year thats just not quite up to adequate standard.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I had a great experience again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

Hade förväntat mig mindre slitna rum med tanke på priset, till exempel var det fläckar i badkaret och på väggarna i vårt rum. Lobbyn/frukost rummet var däremot väldigt fint och den stora terrassen samt trädgården var underbara! Pluspoäng för de söta katterna som kom och ville gosa. Frukosten var god men inget märkvärdigt, min partner är vegetarian och kunde äta sig mätt och belåten. Man får dricka hur mycket kaffe/te/choklad man vill dygnet runt vilket vi uppskattade. Mycket trevligt område med direktbuss till flygplatsen bara 3 minuter promenad från hotellet. Nära till museum, vondelpark och trevliga kvarter. Kan varmt rekommendera restaurang Kop van Jut som ligger i närheten för den som vill äta holländsk mat!
