Wonderful breakfast. Excellent pool area

Outstanding stay. Property was close to the Falls. (Walking distance) The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. We had a 3 single bed room which is a nice amenity.

This place was absolutely a dream. The location is just a quick walk away from the falls and from parque aves. The property itself has a beautiful walking trail, pool, hot tubs and a game room. OMG the breakfast was top notch and delicious! Not only do they have the standard buffet options that changed daily, they had cooked to order options as well (the egg Benedict with salmon was incredible!) The entire dining room is beautiful and clean. The entire staff were so gracious and kind. From the welcoming concierge to the waitresses, everyone was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the nightly water and chocolate, such a great touch of service. Room service was delicious, fast and great options One thing to note that we weren't aware of... while it is close to the parks and airport, its not walking close to anything else. If you don't have a car, plan on a quick 10 min Uber into town for shopping or restaurants. They were were cheap and easy to book, but something to consider if you want more to do than just the parks. We WILL be back! Thank you Sanma hotel for incredible memories and a wondering vacation stay.

Pros: Property grounds are pretty -Staff friendly -Clean - Jonas (piano player) was very talented and very friendly. Cons: Tourist Tax charged and hotel didn’t notify us there would be this charge - Room AC was leaking water everywhere which was clearly a consistent problem b/c the wood floors were already buckled and sagging. -Bathroom lights not working and handle to bathroom door came off. -Amenities were nice if working properly. Hot tubs were warm not hot and it’s winter time. Sauna only had one side of coals on. When asked to turn other side on they said no. - Got charged for a drink that wasn’t what we ordered. They said we needed to go to reception to get it fixed. We decided to go on a walk. 45 min later they said time expired for a refund. Like what?!! They did offer us two cheaper drinks but I would have preferred refund. -The food from the restaurant and bar was mediocre. Overall disappointed in the stay especially for a resort hotel.

The safe in our room did not work the 1st night and it malfunctioned the 2nd night after it was supposed to be repaired. The television in our room did not work and had to be replaced. Other these two inconveniences, this was a nice hotel

Clean room, friendly staff!

Spectacular! I wish we had more time there to enjoy the beautiful grounds. The hotel is well maintained, breakfast is excellent, drinks at the bar were great, and the staff is so helpful!

Fantastic hotel within easy walking distance to the park entrance. Lovely grounds and pool and beautiful ambiance in the lobby and bar area. We really enjoyed our two night stay.

I really like this hotel because it's located next to the bird park and the waterfalls. The hotel is very beautiful and well-planned, comfortable, and with good service. The breakfast is very good, but I wasn't satisfied with the dinner.

Cheguei no hotel em torno de 11h30 e já tinha um transporte contratado pelo Concierge às 14h. Almocei no hotel e o quarto já estava liberado, mas a gerente falou que tinha de deixar as malas no guarda volume ou precisava pagar o early checkin pata deixar as malas no quarto, mesmo informando que chegaria à noite no hotel.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com quase tudo no hotel. A falha foi que achei que tinha feito uma reserva em apartamento com vista piscina e não foi o caso. Errei porque fiz a reserva pela foto que apareceu no site Hoteis.com. Enfim, uma pequena frustação que de forma alguma tira o brilho e qualidade do hotel. Fiquei satisfeito.
