reception not everyone can speak English, and its not suitable for business trip

Me encanta este hotel, se siente íntimo, tranquilo, esta bastante bien conservado, solo les propondria ser mas sostenibles en cuanto a los vasos de café de cartón, dispensadores de jabón, acciones así para generar menos desechos. Sin embargo me gusta mucho. Gracias

This is a beautiful hotel with a great little bar and restaurant in it. Very secure and the friendliest staff!!!! We highly recommend this hotel in zone 10 in Guatemala City.

El hotel muy bonito, la sabana de una cama tenía maquillaje significa que no cambiaron las sabanas. La persona de enfrente muy ruda. La otra persona del bar muy buen servicio.

Old world class very nice

Beautiful place, clean, beautiful and very convenient location right in the middle of zone 10 in Guatemala City. Great restaurants nearby and easy to move from there to everywhere in the city.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me with a lost phone. They are wonderful! The property is older, but well cared for and some interesting antiques on display in halls. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was next to the pool. Could hear everything. Plus at night could hear airplanes and traffic outside. Unable to sleep.

We had such a lovely stay. Very romantic and great for couples.

Staff members were very friendly. Property and room was very clean. Felt safe with security. Would stay again!
