The location is top notch! Rooms are on the small side. Front desk were very accommodating despite the limited English, they even helped us include our portable battery that was left in the room at check out and sent it with our forwarded luggages to our new hotel. Big thumbs up!

Hotel nyaman dan bersih. Walau tak dibersihkan tiap hari handuk baru selalu ada diberikan. Sarapan bakerynya enak sekali. Hotel dekat dengan supermarket dan stasiun.

Staff ramah, kamar bersih meski kecil tp bisa untuk membuka koper ukuran 30, sangat dekat dengan stasiun shinagawa kl mau naik shinkansen atau dari haneda airport sangat mantap.
