The staffs are friendly and easy to get help. The hotel is a walking distance to a shopping mall thus it's easy to shop and eat.

Very enjoyable moment staying here.. So satisfying.. Will bring my family again to stay here.. It's our 1st time staying at Zenith Hotel Kuantan, yet we used to stay at Zenith Putrajaya twice before.

The surroundings are nice, and the atmosphere is also calming and welcoming. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean, tidy and nice. But the check-in is quite a long process, and with that, the queue for check-in is long... But overall, it is superb.

Central location, opposite is the mall with lots of F&B offerings. The room is spacious and clean.

I recently stayed at Zenith Hotel in Kuantan and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel lobby is spacious and beautifully designed, giving a luxurious first impression. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the warm and polite service from the Malay staff at the reception. However, I did notice that a few of the other service staff were less approachable, which slightly affected the overall experience. The hotel room was large, very clean, and had no unpleasant odors. It was comfortable and well-maintained, which made my stay more enjoyable. Another big plus is the hotel's location — it's incredibly convenient. The East Coast Shopping Mall is located just across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I would rate my stay 4.5 out of 5 stars. With a bit more consistency in customer service, especially across all staff, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

Servers at the restaurant need to be more attentive. Direction for parking needs more improvement.

Everything was good. Only that the room got a cigarette smell, even though we did request for a non-smoking room.

All is well. Aircond is just like I love it, cold. Will repeat again to stay here for vacations.

The reception staff are not friendly; Zero smiles and unfriendly tone. Staff should be trained to smile while attending to guests. There 's not enough hotel umbrella to use during raining, to walk across the road to the mall. Quite frustrating! Having said that, the breakfast spread is great. Room is comfy though the TV has limited channels and screen is blur.
