Calm and clean

the room is very clean and the aircon work perfect, this was the 2nd time i stay this hotel, the rom is big, just 5 mins walk to the JR station, very convenient, especially love the onsen on the roof top, highly recommend this hotel

離地鐵比較遠，附近有大超市，腳程可以到大阪城和心齋橋購物街，飯店的SPA特別好

房間很大很舒適，缺點是中央冷氣不夠涼爽以及插頭插口不足，連床邊都沒有。服務人員很有善有禮。酒店門口就有間便利店很方便，

十分多謝前台的王先生，非常好的態度及very informative. 房間不算大，但洒店也算高級；頂樓的溫泉會所也十分大和舒適，每晚也去浸溫泉。

Within 10 mins walkable distance from metro. Room is in very good condition and spacious. Free hotspring on top floor is good but operating hours is a bit limited. However, my feeling is not like being stayed in a hotel, interaction with staff is very limited and there is function / marriage spot counter on Ground floor that made it like a commercial building rather.

A bit far from metro station if carrying luggage. Cozy and comfortable.

各方面均好滿意，房間整潔、環境清靜、服務員態度非常親切有禮、最好是早晚均可浸溫泉，令整個人都放鬆和可消除疲勞；酒店位置良好，在堺筋本町駅出（17號出口有lift, 12號出口最近酒店），步行大約6-8分鐘；唯獨是進入酒店前的路段，雖然外觀型格，但對於行李箱來說簡直是惡夢，因這酒店的外圍全部均用上參差不齊的大石舖建，對於行李的碌傷害得非常，又沒有其他平滑的路段進入酒店，行李箱的碌差點穿破。 但整體上這酒店非常滿意，下次會再入住 和 推薦給其他人 ^.^

房間很大、床非常的舒適，隔音非常的好，尤其是房內附設的按摩椅，走了一整天後坐上按摩椅疲勞完全紓解了，然後樓上附設的溫泉也是非常的棒，可惜開放的時間有點短。

入住登記只需簽名即辦妥,像神一樣迅速令人印象深刻 距離地鐵站走路只需6分鐘,雖然在公路旁,住宿環境相當幽靜 從房間可看到一旁的河流,感覺相當愜意 服務人員訓練有術,親切優良 退房時表示要郵寄行李即立即幫忙填寫郵寄單據,雖然事後取消,服務人員完全沒有不耐的表情,非常感謝他們的幫助
