The hotel is in perfect location in Venice, and it is close to the ferry. The down point is air conditioning not strong enough & we were in the Aug hot season….

酒店就在圣马可广场，水上BUS站口即是，晚上睡前可以到圣马可广场听免费音乐会，令人惊喜。唯一问题是房间太小。

The entire staff was extremely kind and they all spoke English. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They took the time to get to know us and were genuinely interested in us. A big thank you to Mary, Roman, St Michael :), Michaele and Nico the dog! Highly recommend this pensione. Also it is located 2 blocks from Piazza San Marco

It was August and the weather was hot. We appreciated the air conditioning. The location was perfect, near the sites and water taxi stop from airport. It was clean. The breakfast was filling. We had a pleasant stay.

La posizione è straordinaria, con una vista mozzafiato sulla laguna. La stanza era molto bella e spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile e personale cortese e disponibile. La colazione, non a buffet, servita con vista sulla laguna, era abbastanza variegata. Un’esperienza perfetta per chi cerca un’oasi di bellezza nel cuore di Venezia. Consigliato!

Staff was excellent as was the restaurant. The only downside for a couple of seniors was the walk up 4 flights daily. They did take our bags up to our room at arrival and it was easier coming down at checkout. Overall I would highly recommend.

Good property. Very well located. AC might not be functioning at optimal capacity on hot days. Staff was kind and breakfast was fantastic.

Food was excellent and the staff was great. Does not have an elevator but the staff helped with our luggage up and down the stairs.

Very nice clean room, comfortable bed with great air conditioning. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was very attentive. Great location in Venice, easy to find and close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Best located, wonderful friendly staff, rooms venetian style, we had a dreamful view over the lagoon in floor 4. Very clean, air conditioning. Price is fine. Breakfast on the walk away. The manager even put our picnic in the fridge. We can only say best things and would come again always only in this hotel.

We enjoyed the authenticity of the hotel. It is also very clean and the staff is very friendly. We were always welcomed when we walked in. The breakfast is incredible and our waitress was very nice. Thank you!
