The hotel was good at location and price is ok yet the amenities like restroom is not convenient, air conditioned room is not functioning well like it takes a long time to get cold.

The description that I get from app is standard double or twin bed, but actually. We got single bed, so we slept unwell. It's a public lie.

Worst. No cr in the room and asked us to pay additional 400HKD if we want to have cr in the room. The reception opens at 9am which is inconvenient. Dirty. Worst. Never coming back and will never recommend this.

Accessible to the places I want to visit.

The stay was great, the location is within central hongkong so it's accessible to many establishments you want to go to.The only problem we encountered was the ac was not that cool but we didn't bother to ask for transfer because the hotel was full house that time.We'll definitely comeback and stay there again.

It's not good, the room is no same as I booked!

Poor service and the staffs are umaccommodating. Aircon's not working! Heater is not available 24/7. Water in the jug is always empty and no hot water between 12am to 7am! No available towels! You need to pay for it. Its my 4th time to visit HK and I must say that my 1st 3hostels are way better than this hostel. At least I know now that I cannot recommend this hostel to my friends should they want to stay in TST.

Comfortable with great location

The place is really small (but this isn't surprising since most HK hostels are). The shower head is literally above the toilet so there's really no room to move that much. Most importantly, it has a heater and a clean bed and is so close to the MTR, which is all that matters anyway.

I recommend their facilities, as well as their services for all backpackers who wants to have a quick stay in TST.

This place is not good at all.

The location is very good. Near MRT station. Easy for going to everywhere. Room is very comfort to stay. But no towel here. No toothbrush. Toilet is very small without door. Just closed by plastic curtain. And about check in, it is very difficult to find it. We need one hour to find the reception. Lucky for me there is a kindly man help me with his phone. WiFi no work on my room, 7floor

Lokasi dekat MRT, shopping venue, dan bbrp spot wisata.. Tp yang sedikit mengecewakan karena kita bukan menginap di hotel tersebut tapi salah satu hotel lain dengan pemilik yang sama.
