Very good experience.

我的房間整體潔淨不錯，但浴室去水很慢 每次要等一兩分鐘排水才能繼續沐浴，接待處職員很友善，出門就是步行街，早餐豐富美味，酒店泊車第一天收費5歐元，之後免費但車位有限可能泊不進酒店。

工作人員服務態度佳，在各方面均能提供協助，如致電查詢一些景點是否開放，待管行李等。位置適中，附近有很多商店及餐廳，且入古城只需幾分鐘之路程。房間清潔及設施到位，但嫌浴簾太短，以致淋浴後水濕透全浴室地面，應改善。早餐豐富，多選擇。

The room was ok for 1 night. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was acceptable, the great location on the pedestrian street was highly convenient. However, the room was exceptionally small. The luggage rack was inadequate for a medium-sized suitcase, resulting in a struggle to manage our space and luggage comfortably as a party of two.

Room was nice enough but a little sterile. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the staff were neither helpful or friendly. Breakfast is impressive with plenty of food and variety. Position was quite good. A 20 minutes walk to the main part of the old town.

Staff willingly changed us to a brighter room. Very obliging

Perfect location, very close to Zalgirio Arena. Quiet during the night, wonderful matress, friendly staff & delicious food at the restaurant!

It’s a nice hotel in a great location however I chose it over other properties due to sauna and small swimming pool only to find out on my arrival that spa area is closed. Also there was noise from ventilation even when it was off. Breakfast was great.

Sijainti ei voisi parempi olla. Kävelykadulla, Mutta silti saa auton hotellin parkkiin vieläpä hyvin halvalla. Aamiainen on keskitasoa tai vähän parempi. Huoneessa on minibaari, minkä hinnat eivät ole tähtitieteelliset. Jos on viikonloppumatkalla, kannattaa maksaa muutama kymppi enemmän kuin kauempana olevista hotelleista.

Clean, modern rooms and hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Great location and very convenient to go to the places one needs to see in the city. Could be excellent with expanded spa facilities and allow for late meal options / room service and check outs.

Friendly helpful staff on reception, forgot our adapter & they lent us one. There are no USB sockets in the room. Hotel is in a great location on the main pedestrian street. Room & bathroom was clean & spacious. Did get a bit stuffy & hot even after opening the window. Was a little noisy ant night, our room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel. Large variety & choice for breakfast.
