A lovely property. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. It is also located near some good bars and restaurants. This property is extremely good value and I would highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay. Very well kept and modern. Only issue is that is located in front of a busy street, and since rooms don’t have A/C, it’s very difficult to have a good sleep, specially wile leaving the windows open.

The location, comfort and service are exceptional. I've stay there few times and it's my favorite place to stay when coming to Bogotá

I paid for an executive suite through Expedia but upon arrival they said a suite wasn’t available. Staff weren’t warm or apologetic about it. They didn’t give me any money back. This hotel sits on uphill curve on a busy street. You hear trucks annd motorcycles constantly. And there is a bar attached to the property. Rooms facing the street are exceptionally noisy.

Unfortunately a lot of traffic noise surrounding the premises. Otherwise excellent property, staff and awesome breakfasts.

Excelent customer service, beautiful rooms, super clean and serviced every day. Good breakfast as well and very centrally located. Not my last time staying here!

Very nice hotel, and room was nice for the price. Only issue keeping the property from a 5 was that the mattress was too hard.

We feel very welcomed at this hotel and secure. Congratulations to the staff for caring for your customers and always having a big smile welcoming to our home.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were great. The buffet breakfast with made to order eggs was delicious. Finally, the price was unbeatable: we got two executive suites for two nights each and paid about $350. Would definitely stay here again!! Do know that it’s about a 20-30 ride from the main tourist attractions, but that is only a $5 uber ride.

Nico were very nice but with the first room that they gave me we had a lot of issues witch it hade termitas inmediatamente they gave us another room. This was the only issue that we had with this hotel everything else they were very nice and professional.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado (chapinero - zona g) gran variedad de restaurantes y proximo a muchos lugares, las instalaciones remodeladas (lobby y dos pisos) el desayuno incluido en la tarifa muy variado, por mejorar están los colchones que ya se sientes los resortes y las almohadas muy altas.

I like the hotel . very nice and staff so friendly . The only thing I will suggest to the hotel . About people that we have dual citizenship, colombian and other nationality more flexibility about the Iva ( taxes ) in other hotels I don’t have to pay it . The rest is a nice hotel .
