職員有禮貌，就算英文水平不太好，但還是努力用簡單英文為我介紹每樣食物，值得贊賞，還有接待處人員英文水平很好！ 酒店有些舊，但環境清潔，不過廁所有味道，需要噴一下清新劑，每次沖廁所聲音很大，其他樓層沖廁聲也聽到，應該是舊式設計的問題。 膳食實在是太好了，食物十分充足及美味！

距離車站10-15分鐘，地理位置方便，慢慢行過去金鱗湖差唔多15分鐘，旅館整潔乾淨，露天溫泉可以望到由布岳，員工親切友善，

wonderful staff and facilities. The view is very nice. I would consider coming back to this hotel if I’m visiting this city again.

Nice environment, also good pick up service. Meals are rather disappointing! Dinner is not as excellent as a large scale hotels it should have been; breakfast is rather simple, pretty much like i could get it at fast food restaurant, at much lower price.

Clean room and quiet environment, but awful meals. We stayed 2 nights including breakfast and dinner, because my husband is allergic to seafood so i asked to change it to meat, but disappointingly it is VEGETARIAN! the meal is definitely not worth the price! during the meal, the service person also told us they do not have enough material so they served the seafood still... the worse staying experience i ever had..

Good location that people can easy to get there on walk, the staffs are very nice. Although the room is a little bit old, it is tidy.

員工服務很親切，房間蓮蓬頭等設備不太好用，泡湯處的蓮蓬頭比較好用。餐廳服務員服務很好，但一泊二食的晚餐有待加強。

06/03/3019 下很大雨，進入酒店後，員工立即給我乾毛巾抹去雨水，而且員工都有指導我怎樣行一圈欣賞一帶，雖然下著大雨，我心情還是不錯。一泊兩食都好美。唯獨比較舊式的温泉♨️酒店。

Excellent staff, great service, Great public SPA pool either indoors or outdoors, free shuttle bus service and if you write email or call them first they will come to Yufuli station to pick-up your heavy luggage to hotel. It's very good not to carry luggage around the town. Great dinner, especially the beef, tender and juice. Ask for exchanging the ShaSha dish to Barbeque dish with adding more money for the difference.

Clean and tidy ; onsen is good ; the room is a bit old but very clean

it was nice. Staff are very friendly. I was early so I left my bags there then went out and came back to check in. They actually had staff waiting for me at the hotel entrance, greeted me, confirmed my ID and brought me straight to my room.

need to walk around 10 -15mins to the hotel. however, we can have the shuttle bus service when going back to the station. good meal and onsen. good sleeping area.

比較舊的温泉旅館，晚餐及早餐都很豐富，但豐後牛有D失望，湯布院的景點都好近，非常方便，整體都是好的，-從火車站到旅館，只需十分鐘脚程已經到達，非常方便

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Yufuin Station. In Sep and country side, it is good to walk in such a tranquil environment. There is a Aeon Supermarket in about 5 mins walk and opens until 2300 which is convenient enough. The staff there are so gentle and polite and we felt so relaxed there. The dinner and breakfast served there were superb! There is also a little hotspring for foot there which is good for everyone. I am delighted to recommend this hotel to all tourists who are looking for a relaxed holiday.
