Pesan sudah lama, pas check in room AC tidak berfungsi, waktu complain bosnya bilang uang akan dikembalikan, sementara baru datang sudah sangat capek, diusir seakan-akan kembali uang bisa cari hotel lain, terlalu sudah salah malah seenaknya saja bilang akan mengembalikan uang, padahal booking sudah lama dan jauh-jauh hari. Asli kapok nggak mau menginap di sini lagi.

This was my 4th or 5th time staying here, the pervious stay was great. Unfortunately this time the room location was undesireable, you win some you lose some, no matter.

Bed sheet change new one please.

Towel not given... Air-conditioning not cooling... Curtain very clear..and dirty toilet is very smelly water pressure is very bad, drawer cant open... Toilet bowl seat cover is broken....
