Personalets DNA er i særklasse venlighed og service - man får en ægte følelse af, at man er en værdsat gæst. Dejligt hotel med hyggelig atmosfære, pænt og rent … meget rent og placeringen er meget central i forhold til den historiske bydel.

The hotel was above expectations. Exceptional staff on Reception and in the Breakfast Room. The bedroom was superb with the en-suite having extra additions such as the make up mirror. The location is excellent as situated ten minutes from the railway station and five minutes to the walled city. Thank you for a great stay.

Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja kohteliasta ja aina valmiina auttamaan. Tunsin itseni alusta asti ja koko majoittumisen ajan tervetulleeksi. Siivous oli erinomaista. Aamiainen oli todella hyvä.

Met by Sonia in reception who was just so very helpful. Hotel provided us with bikes to explore the town. Such fun. Then Ricardo helped us get tickets to the Puccini concert in the San Giovanni. We loved Lucca and it was in no small part owing to the lovely people we met in the hotel and in the city.

This is a fantastic, small modern hotel. It is right across the street from an entrance to the walled city and has great on site parking. The staff is so nice and service simply excellent. If you are looking for a great place as base to see Lucca and the surrounding area and want modern charming accommodations, you should stay here.

Veldig rent og pent hotell. Hyggelig betjening. Frokost ok. Ble litt lenge å ligge 10 dager i byen ifm ferie, da den ikke er så stor.

The room was quiet and clean. The staff were excellent to deal with. Very good location for looking at Luca.

All the reception, cleaning and breakfast staff were exceptional. The only thing that spoilt the stay was the area which was beyond the control of the hotel. There was a noisy club next door and on one night there football celebrations with fireworks that would equal Disneyland set off in the street and car horns that lasted 3 hours. But was beyond the control of the hotel
