there is no cup/mug in the room. However, we asked front desk to give us cups and hot water, they are willing to provide to us. The staff are friendly and helpful

the staff is friendly, the room is around 100 meters and looks like a guesthouse. It is near centre which has a good location.By the way, the wifi is good but the breakfast is just so so.

Handy property - close to the station in a nice area with great restaurants and bars within a few 100 m’s. Functionally decorated but perfect for our needs.

Close to the city center with good restaurants. We arrived late and just wanted a drink. Found a cute wine bar just around the corner. Café for breakfast the next day, just around the corner. It has AC, just not very cold ac. Still it was a pleasant night of sleep.

Une superbe nuit au Diana Inn Pompei. Les chambres étaient propres, le petit déjeuner impeccable. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes pour leur gentillesse et aide.

The hotel itself if well positioned - I didn't go there for the view as it's in the busy area, and I was out most of the time. We had no internet for a few days which made me worried as I didn't have much mobile data left - the hotel staff gave us different story each time we talked about it. However no compensation or discounts were offered for the inconvenience. When the internet access got restored after 3 days of being there, no information was provided about this. Other than that, the room was always cleaned, even if I didn't request it - it has always been visibly cleaned and the housekeeper was the nicest possible. A few members of staff were very kind and helpful. It is worth noting a few inconsistencies for future travellers: - the listing shows EUR 5 for breakfast - it's actually 10 (and the selection is quite poor to be honest) - Menu in the room lists coffees for EUR 2. It's actually 2.5. - No gym discount at all. Staff didn't know what I was talking about. This shows in the listing under Activities nearby. It's simply not available.

Great option, great location and great staff

We were grateful surprised by the pretty hotel, and by the Pompey city. Staff was nice and helpful.

Funcionários são excelentes, muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã muito bom . Com variedades de doces , salgados, frios , iogurtes ,pães ....completo. Estacionamento gratuito ,localização ótima. Minha única observação e que o banheiro é minúsculo e sem janela , achei ruim.

Todo fue muy cordial, amable, el desayuno rico y muy dispuestos a ayudar.

Doppelzimmer Recht klein aber guter Zustand. Frühstück okay, guter Cappuccino. Parkplatz im Hof mit Schranke, einige Tische im Hof unter Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen. Recht laut da die Hauptstraße gut zu hören ist. Kathedrale 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Eingang Pompei 10 Minuten. Viele Lokale. Einkaufszentrum 1,2 km.

夜遅い到着しました。部屋が離れているので連れて行ってくれたり、WIFIのパスワードを写真に撮るなど親切な対応でした。 何より美味しいピザ屋を教えていただき大満足です。
