Friendly staff let us store our luggages before check-in time. The room is clean and location is perfect.

Relatively cheap with basic amenities

The place was very bad, very small room, a huge and dysfunctional wardrobe that had no use, the bed was so shabby and poor we tried not to move in the bed not to break it entirely, the window didn’t open, almost, no hairdryer, no proper towels. And the price for all this is crazy! The service was fine, we arrived after 8, so we were given instructions to get in, the lady checking us in the next morning was fine. The location was good but we had hard time finding the place as it was not on the street but somehow inside an arch. It’s not ok, unless you’re just dropping off bags and not planning to spend even an hour!

This property is quite typical of the area. Not far from the train station and is convenient. It is older although everything is old in this area.

Room is super small. Shower is a small section in corner next to toilet. I only saw someone there once. They were very understanding regarding our disrupted travel and allowed our son to check in without us which was a huge help & we definitely appreciate that.

Great place to stay, spa packaging should be better advertised however

Check in takes awhile because hotel requires passport info for every guest. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Rooms do not have basic needs such as working AC, shampoo. Only one outlet in the room (and one in the bathroom). Toilet doesn't work properly half the time.

I should have read the reviews more closely. Three flights of stairs, no lift, and the room was small-the bathroom was the size of a small/medium closet. The sheets were either dirty or old scratchy material. Mattresses were not comfortable. No coffee maker, mini-fridge, or microwave. Would not stay here again. It made our trip to Venice less than magical.

A localização é ótima, porém o quarto é horrível, cama ruim, os travesseiros são tão finos que parece que nem existe , banheiro pior ainda, sem ventilação, sem frigobar , me senti em um hostel e não em um hotel, quartos sem privacidade ! Não voltaria !

Old property, no elevator. Door is loud when shut. Small bathroom. However, check-in and check-out is convenient, Great location - close to transportations i.e. train, buss, water taxi and restaurants.

The property is no frills. Breakfast is not offered and an attendant at the reception is only available a limited number of hours each day. The en-suite bathroom is tiny. I actually ended up using the shared bathroom on our floor, as it was more spacious. The staff are friendly—it just that the hotel is completely the bare minimum. It’s in a great location near the train station, which is why they can charge as much as they do. For a noisy area, the hotel is set back in a quiet and lovely alley.

Recientemente me alojé en un hotel de 1 estrella y debo decir que cumplió con todas las expectativas que se pueden tener de un establecimiento de esta categoría. La ubicación era excelente, ya que estaba muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo que facilitó mucho nuestros desplazamientos. Además, me sorprendió gratamente que nos limpiaran la habitación durante nuestra estancia, lo cual fue un detalle increíble y muy apreciado. A pesar de ser un hotel modesto, se notaba el esfuerzo por mantener todo en orden y cómodo para los huéspedes. En general, fue una experiencia positiva y definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a quienes busquen una opción sencilla pero funcional.
