Está bien

I would like to say Maria Paz at the front desk left us a very good impression on her kindness and professionalism. My wife bite her lip badly when playing sand boarding that caused lots of blood bleeding. When we return to the hotel, Maria at the front desk quickly help us in cleaning and treating the wound with the first aid kit. She volunteered her assistance and took us to the local clinic after her work hours and be our translator (which is very important as we did not speak Spanish). We are very impressed on her kindness and professionalism. When taking about the hotel itself, it has a great location at the oasis which is near by the lake and yet not affected by the party noise outside. The central garden at the hotel is nice too. However the room facilities is pretty basic and the from the basin and bath was yellowish which made us afraid to wash ourselves with it.

No water bottles poor breakfast

Room was missing blankets. Only a sheet. Staff was nice and breakfast was very good. Pool was not very attractive (blurry water), but the site was nice

Super fint hotel, men på sidste dag ringede brandalarmen uafbrudt i 1,5-2 timer. Det kan ikke være rigtigt, at det er så svært at få den slukket igen, meget forstyrrende. Ellers var det et fint ophold.

O local é muito bom, próximo das dunas é do lago da Huacachina, lugar incrível

Hubo un corte de energía en el hotel y el primer día no hubo agua caliente suficiente

Clean room, accomodating staff, quiet property. Centrally located.

Clean rooms. Beautiful hacienda building right in front of Laguna Huacachina. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Quiet place, nice pool surrounded by the sand dunes. Many restaurants in walking distance. Lovely place

Das Zimmer ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet aber das Personal ist super freundlich.

O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado, porém precisa de manutenção. O café da manhã e o atendimento dos funcionários são o ponto alto.

Hotel é antigo e a localização é perfeita! Porém pararam no tempo com as manutenções: chuveiro não esquenta e se for em um horário “comum” não sai água do chuveiro devido a quantidade de pessoas tomando banho no local. O hotel é lindíssimo mas precisa d manutenção

estaba limpio, era seguro, te atienden bien. no es nuevo ni lujoso, pero es agradable.

Desayuno feo, súper simple, las habitaciones viejas y descuidadas. No había agua caliente solo fría. Por el precio no recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto

Amazing place, safe,

Bel établissement avec une grande cour intérieure. Les chambres sont de rustiques mais demeurent grandes et confortables. Par contre, environnement bruyant car à côté de la rue.
