Really nice modern hotel with quality room and great breakfast and dining options. but we had 2 issues that spoiled our stay a bit. 1) Ongoing construction around hotel plus event setup everywhere in hotel was a bit of a disruption and eyesore. Hotel is also right on the train tracks. 2) hotel required upfront pre-authorisation of hotel stay cost (CHF277) + CHF200 deposit, and then on check out another separate charge for the hotel stay (reason given that otherwise the 200 deposit would take 30 days to be refunded). As a traveller from another country with limited CHF in a multi currency debit card used while traveling, this was super inconvenient. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund of the CHF477 even though the hotel says they have released… and just hope it refunds after 30 days as promised. This caused unwanted stress, admin to follow up and cost to transfer more funds from other currency to cover trip costs. Also the casino in the hotel might not be that great for you if you’re not a gambler (but the CHF10 free voucher to use in casino was a nice touch)

Habitación muy amplia, camas cómodas y terraza con vistas. La bañera alta y resbaladiza y el desagüe no funcionaba muy bien.

Super Frühstück, super Service, trotz Umbauten wurde uns entgegengekommen. Kleidung war im Regen nass geworden und die Rezeption/Housekeeping hat es uns getrocknet.toller wellnessbereich, tolles mediterranes Reataurant. Gern wieder

Toller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne nochmals.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seesicht. Freundliches Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It is quite okay for business trip. the only disadvantage is the accessibility through public transportation. It takes at least 10-15 min to reach out hotel from the closest railway destination. BTW, the view of the restaurant is quite well.

Moderne, grosse einfach eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Getränke im Kühlschrank gratis. Habe eine Uhr im Zimmer vermisst. Ebenfalls wäre es toll wenn es bereits Kabel im Zimmer hätte um zum Beispiel das Mibiltelefon zu laden.

Réservation pour 5 personnes et que 4 lits prêts à l'arrivée, sinon bon séjour. Excellent petit déjeuner ! Parking souterrain et bons reçus pour le casino

Hôtel agréable , bien situé au bord du lac . Petit déjeuner très riche , portions insuffisantes pour le prix . Salle de restaurant très agréable . Chambre spacieuse , pas de bouilloire .
