already request room that we want during booking and been ignored without notifying us while we check in. we have to call from the room and confirm back. quite disappointed as we already at the room and knew room that we requested full book.

It was a smooth check in and check out. The staffs are helpful, friendly and most importantly very welcoming. The room is clean, air conditioner and water heater works fine. If you book your stay during the weekend you'll get to try their delicious food at their ' PASMA ' available from 630-10pm, every saturday if I'm not mistaken. A dinner with a view. My kids enjoy staying here.

Everything is good, will repeat again next time.

Hotel ni mempunyai pemandangan yang mengagumkan, kemudahan hotel yang melebihi jangkaan, kolam mandi yang sangat menarik, satu perkataan untuk sarapan (tidak sedap), staf cafe tidak mesra. Minta maaf ya, review jujur dari hati. Staf bagian lain termasuk guard sangat mesra dan sedia membantu.

Semuanya ok,perfect, best & baik👍 tu yang saya repeat lagi hotel nie..cuma breakfast pelbagaikn menu yang lebih menarik untuk tetamu yang hadir bermlm sehingga 2 3 malam tk la rsa menu yang lebih kurang sma..tiada kelainan menu msa saya datang bulan jun 2022 dengan yang terkini September 2022..jadikan servis breakfast lebih baik dimasa akn dtg...

This hotel that I booked in Port Dickson is Kulana Beach Resort Port Dickson, which is built on a cape and has a view of the ocean from three sides, which is its greatest advantage. However, this hotel does not sell alcohol beverage because owner of this hotel is a Muslim. This is the biggest disadvantage.

I like that the hotel has its own access to the beach. Parking was abundant. The breakfast was also decent although the interior of the hotel was quite old. But overall it was a pleasant one night stay for me.

The best stay I ever had even there some of disatisfied. All the staff is really friendly. Some of them even help me to make my wife suprise birthday. The breakfast food is the best I ever had compared to other resort that I stayed. as for cleanliness overall is superb only there few pieces food and fly on my bedroom carpet but its not big deal. but I think the carpet should be taken out as its the most dirtiest thing in the bedroom. btw I still give this resort 10/10...😁😁

Bilik yang bersih. Terdapat kemudahan peti ais mini, seterika, peti keselamatan, cerek, Sejadah, telekung dan kain pelikat. Tempat letak kereta yang luas. Ada kolam untuk kunjungan ahli keluarga. Makananpun sedap. Kompleks Baitul Hilal yang mempunyai Balai Cerap di luar hotel. Penginap hotel boleh membuat cerapan pada siang dan malam mengikut masa yang ditetapkan.

acceptable accommodation Our room was a great size with clean bathroom. Hotel staffs are very polite and give good responded to our problem .The pool are in good addition too. While we left our stuff after back home, hotel management solved the problem by sending our goods back to us. That was a good experience we had in our life. Great services and accommodation
