Pelayanannya ramah tetapi kamar tidur kurang bersih

Pelayanan bagus, tempat nyaman, bersih, akses gampang, breakfast enak, saya suka.

Small budget hotel.. not really bad for short trip, just so so for solo traveler

This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... To the strategic location for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc., etc., just love it! Will definitely return back!

Staff hotel ramah, check in mudah, dan lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dan ternyata ada bidetnya haha

location is great..nearby to everything. the receptionist was friendly. the only thing that disapoint me was when i was at the cafe try to claim my free meal, the lady at the kitchen look annoyed and reluctant to serve me. and she said "banyak order sekarang"...so i just left. Yes i know it was late afternoon, but the reception said i can claim anytime. some miscommunication i guess between the cafe and the front desk.

Good hotel for you who just need a bed and shower for one or two nights in singapore. Location is great, near offices, many restaurants, and mosque as well.

Lokasi strategis. Staff ramah. Harga sangat terjangkau.

Hotel nyaman dekat Masjid Sultan dan objek menarik lainnya, dekat ke MRT, dan banyak makanan halal terjangkau

The staff was very helpful and informative. When I had to extend my stay, they quickly responded by saving my choice of room. The hotel's surrounding area is near the main road, all walkable to the bus stop and MRT, and in a peaceful neighborhood.

The location is strategic, near to Kampong Glam & Arab street. Also close to cw2 bus terminal (easy to catch the bus to JB).

Hotel dengan harga cukup terjangkau dan lokasi sangat strategis karena dekat pusat kota dan dekat halte bus, namun agak jauh dari MRT. Ruangan memang kecil, namun sesuai dengan harga. Kunci masih menggunakan kunci tradisional (bukan kartu) dan lift juga akses bebas. Namun secara umum nyaman.

Mudah dijangkau dengan Gocar dari Bandara Changi.

Horrible place to stay but it is good location. Old, dusty but clean bed and warm water plus ac are run well. Don't expect too much ….

Not accept any early check in.

Would definitely stay again if I come to Singapore next time. Great location and room was comfortable with good price.

Hotelnya strategis dekat dengan tempat makan. Kamarnya agak sempit, lampunya rada redup, terus pas malam terakhir menginap, lantainya kenapa basah ya? Akhirnya dialas pakai handuk karena takut licin pas jalan.
