Near jonker walk street but difficult to take a grab, clean bedroom, recepttion area dont have air condition

The balcony area is very suitable to have a relaxing sit and rest, the night view was very pretty. The staff was very friendly. They gave us (2 adult) free breakfast and just need to add RM10 for my 6yo kid. It was Saturday, the night market was started at about 5.30pm. Make sure to arrive before that time, otherwise no car is able to come. It is near the city center, many shopping malls, the Jonker, the night market, river cruise, and others are just on a walking distance. Very satisfying and pleasant staying at Quayside Hotel. Will sure to recommend to my friends who are going to Melaka.

Tempat paling dekat ke mana-mana di Melaka, cuma dengan harga segitu di tempat lain dapat lebih bagus dan kalau di sini harus ambil yang view sungai, kalau tidak percuma.

Reception most welcoming, professional, and efficient, very fast check-in and check-out. Housekeeping very good too. Next to boat tour landing, Jonker Walk, malls, Dutch Fort, museums, and eateries very near. No meal option on weekdays, no aircon in lobby lounge area, no lift, only noticed one entry and exit, some bathroom fixtures missing, but still very clean, not musty. Beds are clean and comfy, room has closet, mini fridge, kettle, some basic personal grooming items too. Would stay again.

Staff hotel ramah, proses check-in cepat, ramah keluarga, sangat dekat dengan objek wisata favorit jadi g perlu pakai taksi kemana mana, dapat sarapan pagi untuk 2 orang padahal pesan hotel tanpa sarapan. Lain kali ke Melaka, menginap di sini lagi.

Good and strategic location, but. 1. Room 's quality not worth the price. 2. Toilet door worned out, overall room condition is 50-50, not well maintained. 3. Bed and mattress not comfortable, bedsheet got stains. 4. Soundproof really bad, could hear noise from neighbours. 5. Air conditioner not 100 % in a good condition. 6. Check in was strictly at 3pm even though your room is ready. 7. Breakfast is average, since its a free breakfast so I would say its acceptable.

Posisi hotelnya strategis sekali di tengah kota, sayang tidak ada breakfast, dan setrika pun tidak ada, ada pintu hitam di dalam kamar jadi agak was-was dengan pintu jika ada yang sewaktu-waktu bisa bukanya, agak gelap, kalo untuk tidur saja it;s ok sih.

Sengaja pilih hotel ini karna bangunannya modern jadi tidak menyeramkan 😅. Hotelnya juga bersih. Ada dispenser untuk isi ulang minum di luar kamar. Ukuran kamarnya cukup sempit tapi nyaman, lokasinya strategis banget, deket kemana-mana tinggal jalan kaki. View balkonnya keren banget, rate balkonnya 1000/100 saking kerennya. 😘.

Great location near to every highlight and tourism spot of melaka. Best view of sungai melaka from the room. The room was spacious and clean. Really2 worth the price. Thank you for great experience to stay @quayside hotel. Hope we can come back again later.

Hotel berlokasi di pinggir Sungai Melaka (cruise), strategis dan dekat dengan Jonker Street Fair. Lumayan enak jika santai di pinggir sungai. Kebetulan saya dapat kamar yang tidak ada air panas, ngga komplain karena ngga ngaruh juga mandi air dingin. Staf ramah (Mr. Sam) sangat membantu booking bus ke Genting) Thanks so much Mr. Sam. Hotel tidak terlalu besar, hanya 2 lantai. Dapat complimentary breakfast, lumayan.

My son is so happy to see the view of the river. Which he called it as ‘lake’. Thank you for the complimentary of breakfast. We really touched! Smooth check in process.
