Not bad for a short-term stay. I hope the service can be better.

The check-in process was easy, a deposit is needed, and if you booked a room online, you might need to pay travel tax too. They have a lift, which makes things easier if you have luggage. At first, we couldn't find a hot water kettle and were disappointed, but there's a water dispenser near the lift, we spotted it on our way out. The room is quite big, has a little breathing space. The bathroom is also big. We stayed in a family room with two queen beds. The room is clean and has no strange smell. Thumbs up to the hotel for keeping it that way.

Reception yang penjaga malam kurang sopan dan tidak ramah. Saat saya meminta remote AC untuk stel kedinginannya dijawab sama reception itu remote tak ada dan AC sudah tak bisa di stel begitu aja lalu air galon di mesin ada yang rusak saat saya memerlukan air panas dan ada lagi isi air galon yang isinya kotor banget lalu posisi kamar bising dengan motor mobil yang lewat dan bagi yang non muslim standby mendengarkan suara sembahyang sholat subuh karena dekat sama mesjid. Kamar bersih.

I did not try the breakfast as it is always crowded. Location wise is very creepy at night. You need to have vehicle. There is only 1 shop nearby but at night they are close. Toilet is like normal toilet house. There is aircon and fan. Bed is okay. Room is clean. Overall okay.

Staf tidak terlatih. Bilik boleh dengar orang bercakap di koridor. Hotel seperti belum sempurna.

Lokasi hotel terlalu jauh dan terlalu pelosok. Serta kamarnya juga bau rokok dan tidak ada pengharum ruangan.

The room is nice. The hotel staff is okay. The wifi is a bit slow at times and the breakfast is a bit of a letdown. They only serve already packed nasi lemak and 2 types of kueh, and tea or coffee for the drinks. Overall its a nice budget hotel. And the location is good too.

No shop nearby need to walk. Hard to get transportation. Nothing to eat at breakfast by 9 morning, because the food is limited
