前台接待员态度不友好，服务很差，图片与实际情况不符。

The room is not big enough. The toilet is not working at all

1) Telefon yang disediakan tidak boleh digunakan 2) Tandas bau busuk akibat tersumbat 3) Pintu rosak menyusahkan kami untuk masuk. Kami perlu cuba akses kad berulang kali apabila buat aduan saye yang perlu berulang kali ke kaunter untuk maklumkan keadaan pintu. 4) Tempahan bilik telah dibuat awal tetapi dapat bilik teruk.

The photo show was fake, terrible fungus smell, prostitute spotted in and out with foreigners workers, terrible condition. Red zone. Wasted the booking money. Same throw in sea also don't want to stay. Go look for another hotel after viewing the condition. Website had such terrible service and allow such kind of hotel in list. Worst in my experience.

No security. Anybody can come in and knock your door. Very dirty. Bedsheet dirty and worn off. Not recommended

1. need to pay deposit. Not mentioned in the booking site. 2. my room located at a block with no hotel signboard. TV very small not flat screen. aircond bad odor. no receptionist. no security. main entrance door frequently slam by people entering or leaving the corridor area.
