地點不錯，靠近麗晶醫院，搭計程車只需5令吉（Grab），樓下有小吃攤，對面有7-Eleven便利商店和一些商店，40萬印尼盾的價格還算可以。

服務還可以，員工友善熱情。

飯店很棒，乾淨得一塵不染。就連大廳工作人員都很友善🥰下次還會再來。

hotel tenang, suasana lobi esentic.. banyak seni dan pajangan keramik keramik. kamar besar dan luas.. sesuai harga.. perlu sering sering promo biar lebih banyak yang menginap..

Kurang nyaman di toiletnya ...

walaupun tak ada parking khas hotel tapi parking banyak berdekatan hotel. suasana hotel tenang.. tak bising..

Layan kaunter yg mesra pelangan dan cepat menyelesaikan masalah

Was staying here when my dad got admitted to Regency Hospital. Location very close to hospital, using Grab only cost around 5 ringgit. There's also Lotus, Family Mart, Watson, Guardian, Zus Coffee, and various food seller. The room itself is quite spacious, with amenities, and dispenser water outside. Surprisingly our bathroom got bathtub. Everything is clean and no musky smell, aircon is really cold, and everything is satisfactory. Will stay here again next time my dad need check up. For the price I get, it's cheap.

Area hotel banyak tempat pilihan makanan, jadi tinggal pilih. Di depan hotel juga ada sevel, cuma saya sekeluarga waktu itu tidak sampai 24 jam, check in jam 7 malam, jam 8 pagi sudah harus ke bandara Senai, jarak ke bandara lumayan jauh. Saya pilih family room dan dapat harga lumayan murah. Terima kasih Swan Garden Hotel, oh ya ada deposit 50RM dikembalikan saat check out.

Very good, tempat bersih, kemana mana dekat

As a budget hotel, room cleanliness and space were satisfactory. However, the air-conditioning in two rooms was poorly maintained and faulty. Despite complaints, no action was taken, and the staff falsely claimed the issue was resolved. Stayed for 2 nights.

Gambar marketing dalam website x sama cam yang dpt. Deluxe twin xde bathtub. Kena tukar bilik, dapat bilik aircond x function. buat aduan.. tggu sampai siang xde technician dtg... berkicap duk dalam swan hotel... first and last stay at swan

Hotelnya bersih, cuman sayang Air conditioner jelek tidak dingin sudah lama tak berfungsi bagus dan bising, trus karena kamar yang di kasih ada window, sangat bising sampai malam jam 2-5 subuh, motorcycle lewat situ. Kalo bisa di upgrade lagi hotel khususnya air conditioner.

The location is very strategic. Easy to find food. The staff is friendly.

Except the hot tap is not functioning, other expeeience is very pleasent for me.

Cleanliness and room condition

Room are small and dirty with damaged electrical equipment provided for guest with electrical hazard that would cause fatality exist in the room for my stay!
