The hotel was perfect. Breakfast, room, all staff were great. They are all helpful and kind. Thanks for everything. We had joyful times in hotel and at the Lisboa.

La chambre est un peu vieillotte, par contre l’accès au métro et bus ( direct centre-ville) aux pieds de l’hôtel est très appréciable.

Mukava hotelli ja siisti. Kätevällä paikalla metro aivan vieressä ja kävellen pääsi moneen paikkaan. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

En general está bien. Buenas ubicación para conocer Lisboa pues tienes la parada de metro nada más salir del hotel y un supermercado muy cerca. El desayuno buffet aceptable también. La primera sensación al entrar a la habitación es la mezcla de olores a humedad y tuberías, parece que se alivia un poco con el aire acondicionado. Nos tocaron las habitaciones en la 2a planta, no sé si en plantas con más altura será igual. Un detalle que en la recepción ofrezcan agua con limón y hierbabuena, para días calurosos se agradece.

We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff made it memorable! The room set up was beautiful. They upgraded our room to a larger size, which was lovely. With the “romantic package” we were able to have breakfast delivered to our room as well. There’s lots of food options and grocery stores in the area, uber is relatively quick if there’s somewhere a little further you want to go. Lisbon was the end of our two week travel and we did spend more time in the room from exhaustion so this was a nice hotel to be able to do that at!

This hotel was an amazing beginning to our vacation. Tiago and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Sergio at the bar was very friendly and very professional. Breakfast included was very good. Access to transit and walking around was excellent. Different restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was facing a void where the air conditioning motors were located. The ventilation was poor, there was a strong, musty smell in the bathroom—like mold—which made it very difficult to stay in the room.

Hotel distante a 15 minutos a pé das principais atrações turisticas, restaurantes próximos, fácil estacionar e estação do metro em frente. Fiquei hospedado no primeiro andar e foi silencioso. Quarto pequeno mas atendeu, cama confortável, chuveiro e café da manhã bom.

Our air conditioning did not work at the property, it had a musty smell, there is no door and the bathroom and bedroom is basically all one room.

No concierge service. Even though the hotel lists that they have one....no they don't!!! The airport shuttle is not through the hotel and you must take care of it...they don't help you. It costs more then Uber. The employees are sweet and professional. But their hands are tied with how much help they can provide.

I was dissatisfied with my room as I asked for a quiet room and was given one that had so much noise and they said there was none. I ended up in a third choice of room. Very stressful.

朝食はとても豪華でよかったですが、タオルが痛いほどのガサガサだったり、部屋が狭いので90ユーロ以下であればまた泊まります。

The staff was very helpful. I have a CPAP which uses distilled water. With our current security environment, carrying distilled water onboard flights is not possible, and late arrivals can make acquiring it upon arrival impossible. The staff solved this problem for me. They are wonderfully helpful people, especially Vania and Ana!
