La limpieza de la habitación no fue la mejor, especialmente del baño que presentaba problemas en el drenaje de la ducha. Además, existía un olor un poco desagradable al interior de la habitación. Creo que el aspecto a destacar es la ubicación. Sin embargo, no creo que sea justo su precio por la calidad del hospedaje.

L’hôtel est proche du parque poblado d’ou partent beaucoup de tours notamment pour Guatapé.Voici son unique point fort. Pour le reste, on ne saurait que trop le déconseiller aux familles : sale, extrêmement bruyant, l’hôtel offre ouvertement la possibilité contre argent de ramener des « personnes extérieures » et si vous arrivez après 20h, il vous faudra attendre 10 bonnes minutes dehors le temps que quelqu’un vienne ouvrir après avoir appelé car le personnel de chambre nettoie les draps des récents départs (!) et n’entend pas la sonnette. Même procédure pour sortir de l’hôtel. Le prix était certes correct mais à éviter si vous êtes en famille

I checked into my room and my room was not ready. It was dirty from the previous people who stayed there. The bedsheets and towels were all the same and a mess. I left for two hours and they still had not done anything. I had to wait in the lobby for them to clean the room. I ended up checking out before because I did not want to sleep there. At the end of the day I guess you get what you pay for!

Un lugar muy accesible al parque lleva y Provenza. Tranquilidad y el personal muy servicial.

El servicio y personal son excelentes, aunque pocos, son muy buenos.

The Hotel staff, doesn’t have the rooms ready at the moment of the checking. Room with towels, toilet paper. After 2 nights of staying in the hotel they move us to a different room with bunk beds.They said: Expedia split or made 2 reservations without informed me of the situation. I don’t recommend this hotel,too noisy

I love the comfort of the beds, the location, and the safety.

We were a little disappointed. The location is perfect, but the tv did not work, there were no towels, no hair blower, no iron, and we had to wait for a while 3 times for someone to buzz us in and out of the property because there was no one at the lobby desk. The staff was really, really nice and we felt bad for them. They are definitely understaffed and the property needs some updating.

Great staff and a great location. I'll be staying here again.

Excelente hotel, céntrico y en una zona segura. El personal amable y atento en todo momento. Nos dieron la habitación antes del check in para poder guardar maletas y salir a conocer la ciudad. Muy recomendado a todos los ticos que quieran pasarla bien en Medellín. Pura vida!! 🇨🇷
