地理位置優越，距離車站只需要5－10分鐘步程，去主要博物館亦只需要步行10分鐘內即可到達。附近環境清靜但安全，步行5分鐘即可以到達超市和餐廳街，行多餐廳和喝咖啡的地方選擇。前台員工親切友善，早餐選擇亦很豐富，每日都有3－4款熱食，整體非常滿意。

Room is big and clean. Will come back.

The staff was excellent recommended places to eat and things to do. They even had a free museum pass for an excellent Art museum. The room was large, comfortable beds and had air conditioning. The breakfast was good, but I missed having bacon. There were 2 great coffee machines. We would definitely stay here again.

a/c did not work so it was super hot and we couldnt sleep well. had to open the windows, but it was so noisy because there is a major road just below the hotel. It's not a great location unless you are there for the Uni. Otherwise it is a hike to get to more interesting old town areas.

Loved staying here. Made to feel really welcome and given loads of information about places to visit and how to get around Zurich.

We loved the position close to old town. The room was spacious and well presented. The staff were exceptional and so very friendly and accomodating.

This hotel is fantastic, the rooms are quiet, comfortable, and updated. The staff are exceptional, and go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I would love to stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and we were grateful to be able to check in when we arrived early. They also stored our luggage and provided somewhere to shower and change before our late flight. The rooms felt new and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. Location is very central, an easy walk from the train station. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Pros: great location, walkable to the train station, restaurants, etc; great breakfast and patio area. Cons: rooms were small; air conditioning was anemic and pre-set (could not adjust); expensive for what it was ($300/night for two).

Fantastic Hotel!! Suzanne walked us to our room! We were not able to take part in the free Zoo tickets but WOW!!! All the staff were friendly, accommodating. The breakfast had a great array of foods. Sascha gave us a map to explore the area and recommended places to visit for dinner. This IS the only place we will stay when we visit Zurich!!! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the room was spacious, well-designed, and very practical. The breakfast was good, but what truly stood out was the exceptionally welcoming staff at the reception. Highly recommended!

Staff were super accommodating. We arrived early and they quickly organised our room and while it was being cleaned provided us with a cup of tea and coffee. Breakfast was great and overall feel of the hotel is very friendly. Nice little beer garden for afternoon drinks.

Sehr netter Empfang und ein schönes Zimmer. Auch mit Kleinkind sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch nahe am Bahnhof.
