Very nice in general ,but a little far from the center Vienna, lots of information of the traveling guides are provided, the reception is very helpful

預訂這家酒店時請小心,因為他們會在預訂的地方玩文字遊戲,預訂完成時是66歐元,當天入住變成101歐元, 原來他們在預訂的最下方(非常的下方)寫著入住會收取清潔費35歐元,這是我預訂二十幾次HOTELs.com,以來第一次遇到要加清潔費的,當時到現場也沒法跟他們爭論,因為他們說已經刷了,多付了35歐也就算了,當天入住的地方還不是原本訂的HOTEL的地點,是要走一段路到一間公寓,公寓黑漆漆的恐怖死了.嚇到腿軟~

Hotel ideal para familias, la calidad-precio es excelente. Muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad, tanto por metro como por tranvía. La limpieza del dormitorio como la del cuarto de baño y cocina eran correctas. El personal era atento y receptivo a las peticiones que le solicité. No le he puesto la puntuación máxima, porque el cuarto de baño tenía el tirador de la puerta averiado.

The downsides: Information about parking was confusing. It appears there is no on-site garage, only street parking, which wasn’t entirely clear in advance. There was no hot water for more than a day. Although checkout is at 10:00, a cleaner entered the room at 9:30 while I was in the bathroom. The desk could use a dedicated work light, and the bathroom would benefit from an additional light near the mirror for shaving or makeup. The double beds were uncomfortable, with noticeable bumps. Storage was limited—no hanging rod for clothes and nowhere convenient to put shoes—and the room felt quite small overall. Given these factors, the price felt high for what was provided. The positives: Information about nearby parking provided by others was helpful. The hotel was quiet, or the rooms are well soundproofed. The reception staff were friendly and pleasant. Having a water boiler in the room was convenient. The sheets smelled freshly laundered, which was a nice touch.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Personal sehr nett.

Das Personal war immer freundlich, leider waren nach 22 Uhr immer viele laute Personen unter unserem Fenster(Eingangsbereich Hotel) Ansonsten erreicht man zu Fuß schnell Straßenbahn und U-Bahn. Es gibt einen Lift im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes aber absolut ausreichend. Mit dem Appartment waren wir sehr zufrieden.

I loved staying here. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms clean. Parking was a little confusing (you need to reserve it ahead of time if you need it), but we used a nearby parking garage for an affordable rate, and used the public transit the whole time we were in Vienna. I would stay here again! Also loved how quiet it was in the evening and early morning.

Hotel is conveniently close to the tram stop and is good value for money. Manage to safely stay with a family of 5. Thank you Hotel Klimt.

Dårlig service. Vi rejser 5 og har booket en lejlighed. Men der er kun 4 stole. Der er også flere skåle osv hvor der kun er 4 af slagsen. Da vi åbner opvaskeren som er fyldt ved ankomst, falder soklen under køkkenet ned. Vi henvender os til personalet og informerer om det med soklen samt at vi ligesom mangler en stol. De siger at det er de kede af og det vil der komme styr på dagen efter. Næste dag er status at der intet er sket om eftermiddagen, hvorfor vi henvender os igen. Vi får samme svar igen. Da vi rejser derfra efter 3 nætter er der stadig kun 4 stole og soklen i køkkenet er heller ikke ordnet.
