EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE, NO TIENE AGUA CALIENTE,

Good location, but no water pressure, specially no hot water.

No tenían agua caliente, no tenían cobija los casino que están frente se escucha en la habitación el personal muy atento y dedicado

Bathrooms have no hot water and showers leak water on the floors other than that its Ok for the price.

I got a room and overnight I developed Bugbites on my body. I informed the Hotel manager and showed them the bites all over my body as well as pictures of the bites, they moved me to another room. Unfortunately , I was already affected.

If you get a room facing the street - don’t expect to sleep - I thought I had the windows open - I didn’t. This is the first area of Colombia I didn’t feel safe in - day but especially night. As other reviews have said - there is little to eat close to the hotel. The water is cold in the morning and luke warm in the evening. I rarely say this but I definitely wouldn’t come back here

Elevator was broken so going up 7 floors to get to my room was interesting.

A água do banheiro não esquentava tanto da ducha como da pia, o ar condicionado barulhento, o quarto não dispõe de isolamento acústico, muito barulho quarto, foi pesadelo sem fim,

En general aceptable. Habitación cómoda y servicio aceptable. Desayuno completo y agradable. Lo único es que el parqueadero está a 1 cuadra del hotel y cuando llegamos no había espacio. Tocó esperar hasta que saliera un vehículo para poder estacionar.

No hay suficientes empleados y algunas veces no atienden a tiempo la portería, no toda la ventana tenía cortina oscura

Stayed here overnight on a road trip, so I unfortunately lost the time to get to know Neiva. The hotel is located right in the centro and seems to be surrounded by many points of interest and restaurants. I arrived late, around 9 PM and the entrance was secure, the desk attendant was attentive and followed great safety protocols and was helpful. Good experience even for a limited stay. The bed/room was quite comfortable, too.

Staff are great & very helpful. No hot water but you really don’t need it since it’s hot outside. AC in the rooms & seems pretty sound proof. All in it’s good for the area

La estadía estuvo muy bien, solo pediría que el desayuno iniciara mas temprano.
