首先車位不足夠，入住前亦沒有通知須要預留車位，直至我們check-in時才通知需要早兩天預留車位，令我們要找離酒店甚遠的地方泊車，這情況同時亦有其他住客check-in時遇到；另外，入住酒店房間時亦有出錯，我們是預訂三人房間，酒店提供二人房間，開合式梳化床也沒有預先打開，直到我們揸問才特別到房間打開梳化床，提供的都只是二人用品，相信日後需要管理方面做好啲。

櫃檯人員非常友善，每次看到都是耐心回答客人的問題。退房當天搭乘早班巴士，櫃檯人員除了協助叫車，也提醒我們可以帶一些東西當早餐。房間很大、很安靜，離老城也不遠，非常方便。

应该是萨拉热窝最好的酒店之一了。地点很棒，离老城很近，步行不过10分钟。有自带的停车场，一天12.5欧，还算合理。酒店很新，设施不用说了，万豪出品还是很有保障的。自带小厨房，设施很齐全。早餐还行，平均水平吧。能够识别高级会员身份，尽管是第三方预订，但是在入住后前台电话通知给升了一级（行李已经打开了，谢绝了好意）。

Room is clean and big, with kitchen for your cooking. The location is good, you can visit the nearby sites by walking. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Hotel has free car park, gym room and sauna for guests to use. Really enjoy the stay here.

很普通的飯店不能被認定為四星級的飯店，只能被認定為好旅館。 以國際認定標準只具二星級酒店。 在 Reception Check in 當天的職員，這在服務業沒見過這種服務客人的，以可惡形容這對男女尚不能說過份。 在 check out 當天的女職員及經理，則表現非常專業，且很友善。

房間很不錯

有機會再去賽拉耶佛一定再住這家飯店… 飯店附近有間很棒的魚餐廳 走路就可抵達舊城區

Arriving to this hotel,the area around it didn't seem nice. After walking around it, it was better heading toward the old town. Hotel is situated a few minute walk from the old town. Even before that you will come across cafe worth stopping by. The big new shopping mall is easily reached by a tram going from the other side of the river just a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Beside that, all ordinary tourist needs in Sarajevo are within a walking distance. Hotel itself is brand new and everything inside are new and clean. Hotel staff are helpful and speak very fluent English.Only thing as minus is the size of the breakfast room, it's small for the amount of guests. I saw people going to the hotel lounge every morning with their breakfast. The breakfast itself wasn't the best i have encountered, but it was well decent. The room i stayed in was easily one of the best i have been although there wasn't any view to even mention. For those with children, there was a small children's play park literally right next to it. Lovely hotels which is walking distance to Old Town area and many sites. Hotel is clean, breakfast was excellent and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

Quiet time

Great studio which has everything you need, is extremely new, clean and very modern. Lovely large. bed, sofa bed, massive TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, table, chairs, coffee table, work desk. Great shower. Supermarket 4 mins walk, old town 5 minutes walk. Very safe. Great breakfast, lounge area for relaxing with computer use and lending library. Children’s play park right outside. I recommend the Residence Inn. The staff are very helpful.

The property was in immaculate condition. The receptionist was very helpful with boarding and with information on local areas for exploration and food. All of the paperwork was sorted pretty quickly and explained very clearly. It was very easy for a family to use this hotel while we explore Sarajevo. Overall had a wonderful experience and booking via Expedia made everything quite easy. Thank you

My travel was interrupted due to Expedia car rental booking and both Expedia and the hotel did not consider my obligation to terminate my trip

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. The breakfast had a good variety on the menu to suit everyone. The only thing that we missed was a good English breakfast tea. The hotel was within walking distance to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay there again.
