Friendly staff even though my room card has been on and off for 3 times. She patiently assisted me to make sure my room card worked again. Highly recommended! Clean room , especially the floor. Even though my kids wore sock and ran around, sock was still white.

Although we reserved for 3 people there were only enough towels for 2. No soap or shampoo - had to find staff to get some. Overpriced for basic room.

Très bien, proche de tout pour visite dans cette région . J'ai adopté cet hôtel depuis quelques années.

The direcrions to the hotel were awful, we ended up in a residential cul de sac behind the hotel. There was only one staff member at the front desk, who did not seem to care when I mentioned the poor directions . The room was huge with a whirlpool tub, a large bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows which made the eroneous instructions palatable.

This place was excellent and very clean. It is well situated. However the AC was very loud.

The building seemed to be under renovation and there was damage to the outside. Water pressure was great but room was extremely basic. Conveniently located near the Quebec City ferry, but otherwise underwhelming.

Clean and polite service

My room key didn't work, and I had to go down to the front desk 3 times, each time they reprogrammed the key and each time it still didn't work. On the 4th time I went down, they gave me a new room, and that key worked on the first try (I think it was the card reader's malfunction). The new room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and nice to have a Keurig. But there was no hand soap, and when I checked the shower, I discovered there was a bottle of hand soap where the shampoo would be, no shampoo. And there were no proper curtains, just sheers. We were awakened by the sun at 5:30am. Part of the exterior of the building was crumbling off, revealing that the facade was painted styrofoam. The experience wasn't awful but it was definitely not one I would ever recommend, especially at this price. It was like staying in an apathetic hostel.

Quick and easy check-in. Room was clean and comfortable.

the rooms and the hotel was very clean. there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink so we had to use the body wash from the shower to wash our hands.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was really good. Lots of parking and close to restaurants and highway.
