Staff hotel sangat ramah dan baik sekali… Kami yang terkendala oleh bahasa benar-benar terbantukan oleh mereka. Hotel-nya juga bersih dan nyaman… Ke Disneyland sangat dekat dan ada layanan antar jemput-nya 👍.

Staff ramah dan sangat membantu, ada shuttle bus dari bandara Pudong ke hotel, hotel ke Disneyland, hotel ke The Bund. Kamarnya besar, semua fasilitas sangat memadai, ada tempat bermain anak, dekat dengan stasiun metro, dekat dengan supermarket Costco Wholesale… Depan hotel terdapat beberapa minimarket, dan pada malam hari banyak jualan makanan.

Breakfast OK. The room is very clean and spacious. They also upgraded and decorated my room since I was there on our honeymoon trip. They also offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland. The downside is the hotel staff offered us to book a taxi, but I think he scammed us since we needed to pay him by cash. He said he already paid by app for the taxi.
