Nice n close to airport

This hotel is lovely. The room was large and clean and decorated so well we took photos. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Although it is at the airport, it is incredibly quiet. It was easy to find and convenient to park.

Very misleading about the shuttle. There is a shuttle but it doesn't run all day, times are very limited. We had to take a taxi which was 34euro.

Good hotel and service with easy access to the airport.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing is that the reason I booked was because a complimentary shuttle service from the airport for my quick overnight layover, was available however it did not specify anywhere that between approximately 10 AM and 5 PM There’s no service available which incurred an additional charge of €25 to get to the hotel out of pocket.

Mooi hotel om te verblijven voordat je vliegt of in de buurt een afspraak hebt. ✌

Perfekt für frühen Flug von Brüssel, haben dort übernachtet, und sind morgens mit Shuttle zum Flughafen, alles prima geklappt. Shuttle kostenlos. Bieten auch Park sleep and fly an. Zu empfehlen!

I have insects in my room

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Place was nice and clean. Spacious room. Nice little bar and restaurant has good food.Only caveats: bar not open all day. Restaurant only from 6:00pm - 10:00pm Breakfast early till 10am good buffet. Train accesible but almost a mile walk. No handicapped access to train station (Diegem) Bus was unreliable, no show at 10:12am on a Sunday., stop is out front of hotel. Recommend renting a car...

The housekeeping was poor: 1) they did not change the bedsheets during three days, 2) towels were left on the ground but were not changed 3) they did not come for the housekeeping the second day 4) they did not empty the trash for three days

Sehr schön und sehr freundlich

I stayed for one night to catch an early morning flight from Brussels International Airport. About a 15-minute walk from the nearest station, Diegem. The room was sufficiently clean and quiet. The next morning, I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

BEV charges are difficult to find and use. Await an extra 20€ charge for the garage they in. Or walk 800m to next gas station to use theirs. Not funny in the middle of the night
