so good for the relaxing trip in Lisbon

The room is nice and clean, extremely spacious, had pretty much every amenity you would expect to have in a hotel. It even had an amazing espresso machine, an oven, a dishwasher, and all sorts of cooking equipments and utensils. The swimming pool is also amazing

距離地鐵站唷有點遠 而且房間隔局不佳 廁所的洗手台過小 不太方便 40m2的空間格局 感覺只有25m2 不過自助早餐非常好吃！

Very poor customer service. Staff does not even notice you walking in or out. The gym is extremely poorly ventilated- it feels like exercising in a sunny glass sauna. The central air does not work. You have to ask the front desk for a single dishwasher pod and there was no liquid soap or dish soap provided. I am not exaggerating. The cleaning lady had us go to the front desk every day that we needed a dishwasher pod. The hotel looks nice and sparkly on the outside but the dark aesthetic on the inside is just to camoflauge the poor cleanliness of the interior. Really disappointed.

Apartments were well maintained with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly. Pool on roof is a nice benefit, along with having a grocery store across the street. Wish the area was a little closer to the cooler areas of Old Lisbon, but Ubers are cheap and quick. Nice place to stay if you want some extra space.

The team behind the counter was extremely helpful and awesome.

The staff made this place great. Room was decent and comfortable but, the staff, especially on reception, made it a much more pleasant stay.

The room is well equited, clean and close to the metro and grocery store.

La seule chose est que l insonorisation était pas a son meilleur, on entendait les gens dans le corridor et aussi dehors. Nous etions près d un gros stade et il y avait avant les parties des rassemblement près de l hotel et on entendait beaucoup. Mais cela ne durait pas si longtemps, quelques heures avant les matchs.

Pro: Our family enjoyed our stay for 1 week. Rooms were clean and it was great to have breakfast options. Supermarket across the street. Beach towel provided and repairs addressed promptly. Thoughtful welcome gift! Con: Was hoping the rooms would be ready prior to 3pm, but it was ready after 3:30pm. Only iron access is to go to laundry room to use. Breakfast was fairly the same everyday. Return the free complimentary wine as i did not like dry wine and I wasn't given another option. Staff English is limited.

Quality hotel. Friendly staff, good facilities. Close to large shopping mall, close to local public transport and close to the airport.

Great area for watching a soccer match! Also only a short drive to airport. Not really easy to get to other tourist attractions however. Really liked the accommodations and food at restaurant was great!

We stayed at Upon Lisbon hotel with the breakfast and they were a lot of choice with good varieties and different coffee and fresh juices. The bed was very comfy that it was hard to wake up for the breakfast.
