Block appears to have been recently refurbished. Comfortable accommodation. Location central to east and west of the peninsula - generally a good location and quiet. Management very helpful and courteous.

This was the 4th visit for my wife and I to the Mannix. Christina & Daniel are great hosts and we will definitely be returning.

Otroligt hjälpsamma personer som jobbar i receptionen. Läget är bra nära den fina stranden med alla restauranger. Mycket bra städning.

A conveniently situated, well appointed basic apartment with friendly 24hr concierge at a fair price. A few pictures would brighten up the austere white decor. Would book again.

Really enjoyable 2 night stay, really first class professional reception team and very nice room and good sized balcony, will definitely stay again when in Las Palmas

Es la primera vez que estoy en este lugar. El personal extremadamente amable. La ubicación es inmejorable. Hay limpieza todos los días, menos jueves y sábados (puedes elegir si quieres limpieza o no). Tiene recepción las 24 horas. Me gustó todo, menos lo de tener que salir antes de las 11:00 de la mañana, pero eso ya lo sabía cuando lo contraté.

3 night stay in Interior Studio room. The room was clean and quiet with good wifi and the location was excellent. It was very nice to have someone at the Reception (who were helpful), at all times (almost) so I was able to leave my luggage after checking out to grab a lunch nearby.

This was our 2nd visit to the Mannix Apartments and we wish we had discovered it a few years ago. Christina, Daniel and the team are brilliant. They are always on hand to offer any assistance you require in a friendly manner. We had an apartment with a balcony that was excellent and spotlessly clean. The location could not be better with the beach less than a 3 minute walk away with many bars and restaurants all around. If it's shopping you want then that is about 3 minutes in the opposite direction with no hills to climb, all on the flat.

Kort vei til Las Canteras,Buss stasjonen og kjøpesentre.Fin beliggenhet midt i byen stille gate.Nye rene rom bra senger.Balkongen var liten men akkurat nok til å spise frokost på for 2 stk.Små heiser.Personalet i resepsjonen var hyggelig og hjelpsomme.Bor gjerne der igjen

Kistina and Daniel were good hosts. The location of the apartment was good, near the beach front and Santa Catalina bus terminal. The apartment was kept clean and tidy (room cleaning 6 days a week) and we felt safe in it. The stock of kitchen utensils could be improved but one could ask the hosts for them when required e.g. a fruit/veg knife. In common with these appointments, neighbour noises could be an issue, but overall it was acceptable.

Friendly, clean, uncomplicated, a safe place near the beach. I recommend the accomodation and I would book it again

Staff was super friendly, and they're always available - no issues when checking in. The apartment was clean and well maintained. More than enough space for two, with tiny kitchenette allowing for basic meal preparation. Located a stone's throw from the beach and in the middle of a busy tourist district. Can be loud at night - better sleep with your windows closed and air condition on. Plenty of venues to choose from to eat out nearby, and a shopping mall a block away if you'd rather eat in. Santa Catalina bus station is 5 mins on foot, very convenient if you want to do some sightseeing but don't want to rent a car.

Keskeinen sijainti, huone oli siisti ja sänky oikein hyvä nukkua. Parveke oli pieni, mutta riittävä aamiaisen nauttimiselle ulkona. Vahva suositus.

Rent och fint ..Nästa gång vi åker dit ska vi välja ett rum med balkong. Dom i receptionen pratade flera språk . Super trevliga !
