Sangat repot karena lobby bawah sedang renovasi jadi resepsionis jadi dipindah ke lantai 2. Sudah bawa koper semua ke bawah untuk pesan mobil, saya baru notice check out harus ke lantai 2 dulu sedangkan waktunya sangat mepet. Untuk kebersihan kamar, belakangan agak mengecewakan padahal saya menginap di Novotel Stevens sudah ke-20-an kali-nya sepertinya, baru kemarin itu kamar-nya lemari ada kotor-kotor seperti serpihan bekas kardus, kasur dan bantal sangat berdebu, anak saya dan saya alergi debu jadi kami sangat direpotkan dengan hal itu :(

Disappointed because I had to request a change of room twice. First, due to the air-conditioning not working. Second, for the twin bed sharing beds which I had booked, they were not available. And finally, the third time everything was in order.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable and clean room! It's a slight walk to the nearest MRT station, but the hotel does provide free shuttle buses to and fro the station! Recommended hotel to stay and quite good pricings in Singapore, thank you! 👍

I was disappointed during my stay for 3 nights. At first when the staff said the room is ready but I go to the room and all the room still looks messy! They never clean up my room. But how come they said it was ready? So they asked me to wait and changed the room. And it happened again on 2nd day during my stay I already asked them 3 times to clean up my room. And comeback from Orchard they haven't cleaned it yet. At the end they clean up my room at 21.40 PM (I asked them just to throw up the rubbish since I bring my baby so I need them to Throw the diapers from the rubbish bin) where I am supposed to go sleep but still need to wait for the staffs to throw the rubbish. I would definitely never come back nor recommend this hotel … thanks NOVOTEL.

Bedsheet is torn, dust everywhere on appliances

Clean and nice location. Easy to go anywhere. Food is incredibly tasty and abundant. Lots of choice. Rooms are always clean. My favorite hotel in Singapore.

For location, near and walking about 15 minutes from Orchard. Still okay for cleanliness and service. Standard Novotel's hotel. Good.

The room is quite big compared to similar priced hotels in Singapore, but this hotel has a policy to clean the room every 2 days. That's a minus. The other things, no complaints at all.

A good hotel and a good service humble staff

At 2nd day the room was not cleaned. I booked 2 rooms (connecting) but only one room cleaned after I complained. When check in, only one room was ready since the other one still had a problem with the shower. I asked let me and my family used the ready one. Instead we need to wait> 3 hours.

It 's in good location if you're travelling for business. All was good except the bathroom condition. The water for some reason has very strong metal smell with rusty flavour which I suspect was either from the pipe or the shower head. They claimed they replaced the shower head after I lodged the complaint but the problem was not resolved nor they followed up. Overall very good, but never again unfortunately.

Great place to stay. Very comfort 😍. Staff very frienfly. Vibe very nice. Love this hotel so much. ❤.

View from my room is nice (I forgot to take photo), just have basic photo. Everything is new, they have 7-11 next to the hotel. Staff is super cute ~I will book this hotel again!
