Have staied in better hotels however for the city it is the best and if I ever going back to Barcelona I would choose it again. Comfortable 10 out of 10 Location 10 out of 10 Service 9 out of 10 for the slow servings Cleaning 10 out of 10 however once a cleaning lady was super rude to my wife one Elevator was broken everything was slow regarding going out or in. Friendly Staff especially the helping guys near the desk. reception is 9 or of 10 Again I will go back to it if I vist the city for sure الغرف فيها شطافات موية وهذي نادرة جدا في الغرب وميزة

Centrally located and great staff

Hotel parking is tricky to enter with constant pedestrian challenges.

Elevators not working, shower clogged all the time, service average and not as it should be for this kind of hotel, prices at the rooftop pool are to high. Only positive thing is the pool, location and the housekeepers. Not worth the price.

Beat location ever

Notre chambre était située au 6e étage, tandis que le restaurant/lounge se trouvait au 7e. Malheureusement, l'ascenseur menant au restaurant sur le toit était hors service, ce qui obligeait les clients à utiliser l'ascenseur réservé à l'hôtel. Ainsi, vers minuit, tout le monde redescendait à pied au 6e étage en attendant l'ascenseur pour partir. Nous sommes restés éveillés toute la nuit en raison des allées et venues des clients, ce qui a totalement perturbé notre sommeil pendant deux nuits. Nous en avons informé la réception, mais aucune solution n'a été apportée. À 400 euros la nuit sans pouvoir dormir, nous ne comptons pas y retourner !

Hotel needs maintance. Lifts were spotty. Broken more than they worked. Our shower door did not fit and leaked the TV turned on and off randomly. That said, the rooftop was amazing. Incredible views and amazing staff.

Hotel has an excellent location. Numerous tourist attractions nearby. Dinning options around hotel are excellent. Staff recommended a Spanish restaurant with a flamenco dancer that was amazing. Definitely will return to this hotel in future visits to Barcelona.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar, Bus zum Flughafen direkt davor. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist großartig mit einer tollen Aussicht. Frühstück ist gut. Zimmer und Betten waren gut, allerdings könnte mal wieder Staub gewischt werden und nach dem Duschen, steht leider das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Hotel ist aufgrund der Vorzüge zu empfehlen.

This property has a great location. It’s right smack in the center of Plaza Catalunya. Lots of shopping, restaurants and very close to the Metro and La Rambla.

Do not stay here. Spent two sleepless nights. The hotel is shutting down for a few months for room refurbishing so maybe it will be better after that. The location is great. Many other hotel options in the area. Room 1: I booked a triple room for my mother, daughter and I. The room was a good size however there was black mold in shower which made the room uninhabitable. The couch was stained. Halls were dirty. Room 2: Also had black mold, but less. I was still not prepared to risk it. Room 3: Fine but too small for 3 people. They wouldn’t give a discount bc they said it was an upgrade due to the “city view” Room 4: Finally they “upgraded” us to a large beautiful suite on the top floor but they didn’t tell us that the AC was broken! To their credit they brought us multiple fans but with 90 degree temperatures we spent two sleepless nights.The bathtub drain was also broken which they fixed quickly. It was disingenuous to give us a room as an “upgrade” but not tell us that they couldn’t have rented the room anyway because of the AC! Also they lost one of our bags and my hat in the luggage storage. I finally went to search for it myself and it was connected to someone else’s luggage! The hotel has refused to give us any kind of refund. I am pleased to say hotels.com did give us a small discount. I can recommend the sky bar and pool on the 7th floor which are operated independently.

A localização é o ponto alto do hotel, na Plaza de Catalunya, próximo à Rambla e ao Passeig de Gracia. A equipe do hotel foi muito educada e solícita, principalmente o Fabian. O quarto é confortável e tem uma vista linda da praça. Não tivemos nenhum problema durante a estadia.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area, beds were comfy and rooms well stocked. We had a problem with their times. Breakfast at 730am and wont give a refund if you have prepaid and decide to cancel. Pool closes at 6pm and small lounge areas close at 8pm, very inconvenient if you are an early riser or want a swim after supper.
