We had a great stay at GF Victoria. Highly recommend it for families.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, aber dennoch verläuft sich auch. Es gab immer freie liegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig sauber und gut ausgestattet inklusive zwei Badezimmern. Unsere Kinder fanden die Pools in Ordnung und den Rutschen Park haben sie nur einmal genutzt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und nah an den Stränden. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform mit vielen leckeren und ausgewogenen Angeboten. Einzig der Lautstärkepegel und die niedrige Temperatur empfinden wir etwas störend, die Kinderdisco und Abend Schoß waren okay. Da es kein All Inclusive gab, gab es keine rum stehenden Becher oder erhöhten Alkoholkonsum am Pool. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, die wir kostenfrei nutzen konnten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe des Hotels gab es Geschäfte, Promenaden und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Jung und Alt.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, considering how reasonable it was compared to other 5* family friendly hotels. The room we chose had two bathrooms and a proper dividing door between the bedroom and living space meaning we could put our toddler to bed and still keep the lights on and use the bathroom off the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was great, and the evening buffet was a different cuisine every night so it didn’t get too repetitive. Two very family friendly pools with slides and no mad panic to find a sun lounger. There’s a shopping centre opposite the hotel which was handy for supermarket trips and cafe options for lunch. All in all we’d definitely recommend it! Evening mini disco or entertainment shows for the kids were a real hit too.

struttura per famiglie ben strutturata ma chiaramente con personale sottodimensionato. Arrivati alle 10 ci hanno dato la stanza alle 16 anche se avevamo un bimbo piccolo. Siamo andati diverse volte a chiedere e ci hanno detto di non tornare che ci avrebbero chiamato. Alle 16 ci hanno detto che ci avevano chiamato alle 15 ma il numero indicato non aveva il +39 davanti e non sono riusciti a contattarmi. Una follia. Non ti fanno sentre accolti. Note positive: colazione stupenda, la suite ha due bagni e la signora delle pulizie del piano, anche se non nostra (Bianca) adorabile che ha coccolato nostro figlio per 3 giorni. Nota negativa: i bagni non hanno finestre e aspiratori assenti o non funzionanti. Stesso problema cneh nella suite di altri amici quindi è, probabilmente, strutturale. Da risolvere.

Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if you have young children. Not really geared up for older kids (though the teenage club room had pool/computer games). Overall a lovely hotel, but not quite right for us.

The best hotel to stay at in Tenerife!!!! Hands down!!!!! Everything is perfection!

Clean room...little extras chocolate left every evening and a little chocolate cake was in our room foe my husband's birthday...what a nice surprise

Fabulous hotel in a lovely location. Hotel has pretty much everything you could want with great staff and facilities.

Der Pool war sehr schön angelegt. Der flache Einstieg für Kinder sehr gut. Leider waren die Fliesen am Pool teilweise kaputt und hatten scharfe Kanten. Als Stolperfallen erwiesen sich die im Außenbereich installierten Lichter. Diese ragen im gesamten Hotel aus dem Boden. Hier stolpern Kinder und Erwachsene gerne drüber. Durch die späte Öffnungszeit gab es keine Reservierung der Pool liegen, sehr angenehm. Das Personal war durchaus freundlich. Am Pool leider zu selten unterwegs, so dass man direkt zur Bar laufen musste zum bestellen. Das Essen war lecker, jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich. Obwohl es unterschiedliche Themenabende gab, unterschieden sich die Gerichte kaum. Durch die Bauweise des Restaurants war es dort oft sehr laut. Angenehmer war der Spielbereich für Kinder.

Day 1 we checked into the room and was extremely satisfied, however, this changed after a few hours. My child got a bug bite on her leg. At first we did not think anything of it. Then later she started screaming that there are bugs on her bed. We searched the room and found lots of tiny dark colored insects(I’m not sure if these are ants, but they do not look like the ants from the U.S.) then my other child starts screaming that there are these other white colored bugs crawling on the coffee table next to the beds. I looked closely and these are different from the dark colored ones on the bed. These are white, almost clear and very tiny, they look like some kind of mites. They moved us to another room that. We stayed the night because it was very late and would be very difficult to find another hotel and move with 2 little ones. We slept in the new room. The next morning, in day light, you can see a layer of dust covering the entire room, all over the furniture, baseboards, TV, lamps. This room clearly has not been in use for some time. The condition of this room was also not up to par with a 5 star hotel.I reported this and they cleaned the room. I also asked them to wash all of our clothes because we had unpacked in the first room with the bugs and mites. They did not charge for the laundry, and gave us 1 free dinner at the buffet. I wanted to leave and find another hotel, but my children and husband thought it was too big a hassle since we were only there for 4 nights.

The hotel ticks all the boxes and the facilities and rooms are excellent. There are alot rules that does not feel like a five star hotel and the

Rena rum, städning morgon och kväll. Vatten till rummet varje kväll. Enda minuset är frukosten där ljudnivån är ofattbart hög. Man skulle också vilja kunna sitta ute och äta frukost. Underbart att tennis, paddel mm ingår och man spelar fritt.

Les employés sont extrêmement serviable, ambiance très agréable, buffet très bon et activités pour enfants idéales.
