Amazing staff, great hotel, best location

Great location, super helpful staff and a brilliant breakfast buffet which we enjoyed on the sunny patio. Have stayed in a lot of places in Palma but would definitely come back here.

Skønt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed midt i den gamle by. Dejlig gårdhave og meget fin morgenmad. Utroligt venligt og serviceminded personale fra start til slut. Vi kommer igen næste gang vi skal til Palma.

Rent rum, bra frukost, ligger centralt o nära till mycket sevärt. Trevlig personal.

Great breakfast, room we very clean, spacious bathroom

I wanted to like this property so bad but we had lots of issues to begin with. We got switched from room to room due to issues with AC ( our first night in Mallorca, slept with no AC and it was hell), water flooding in the bathrooms, lack of proper cleaning (floors dirty consistently), bedsheets were rough and itchy-some dort of cheap linen and overall a subpar breakfast experience with no real chefs in the kitchen. The only person that saved our experience was Eva in the frontdesk who was absolutely lovely and trully helpful in every sense. We will never stay here again...trust me, look somewhere else.

Very good hotel with excellent breakfast in a convenient location in old Palma.

Das Hotel liegt an einer ruhigen Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants/Bars sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Hotel wirkt von aussen einladend und überzeugt mit einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Das Doppel-Bett war sehr weich und ermöglichte nur schwer einen guten Schlaf. Die Zimmerreinigung entspricht nicht den Erwartungen eines 4-Stern Hotels. Einzig das Bett wurde gemacht und das Lavabo trocken gerieben. Das Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung. Wer aber Wert auf einen gemütlichen Tagesstart hat wird enttäuscht sein. Das Personal rennt gestresst durch die Gänge und auf die Sauberkeit nach den Frühstücksvorgängern wird nicht geachtet.

Breakfast very good. Shops nearby. Hotel still apparently out of season. No bar and no facilities during the day or evening.

Breakfast was included and quite good. The location is very good and the attentive staff were so helpful during our stay.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Fantastic location. Room nice but could be improved. Great toiletries, I would like to have tissues in room and not have to ask at reception. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location to explore the old city, some trepidation around rough sleepers near the entrance to the hotel in the back streets, fortunately we only returned in daylight hours. Generally good experience, breakfast not expansive but of good quality. Somewhat confusing that the hot offerings were right next to an open door out to the garden area. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable, but cleaning was not top notch. Floor not swept properly, and coffee pods not replenished during our trip of 3 nights. I’d say a decent hotel for the price in Palma

Excellent breakfast offer

TV had no signal and could only get radio channels (just about) Shower head leaked spraying water all over bathroom, wrapped a hand towle around head that sorted problem. Above never ruined a very enjoyable stay, room very comfortable
