hotel bien situé avec connexion centre commercial l Tesoro. Déçu de la chambre avec vue sur buildings. Bruit venant des étages supérieurs toute la jounée, ceci a été signalé, mais sans effet.

Mi primera vez en Colombia y nada mejor elección que quedarme en este Hotel, super recomendado,la mejor atención,super limpio,súper cómodos,me quedaria de nuevo 1000 veces mas,super conveniente estaba arriba de un mall asi que tienes TODO a un piso

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The staff are very attentive and it was very clean all the time. The location was convenient because you don’t have to rely on transportation to go into the shopping centers with a variety of food options.

Muy buena! Me quedé desde el 14 de agosto hasta el 18 de agosto. Comida buena y personal atento. Esta es mi segunda vez. Esta vez el único incidente , es que se tardaron demasiado limpiando la habitación,aún dejándoles saber la hora. Pero se resolvió. Volvería nuevamente!

Place was nice, fairly clean. Pool has a beautiful rooftop view, but is smaller than you expect when you see in person. $100.00 USD per guest entry, should be advertised in websites and before booking/checking in. Getting taxi drivers was a bit of a challenge. Parking garage connected to a nice mall, plenty of stores and restaurants. Staff was pretty fair with my concerns.
