Perfect location to explore Palma. Santa Catalin as well as main shopping Streets are around the corner. Modern and fresh design. Pool at the roof is a perfect oasis to relax. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff.

Die Zimmer wirken auf den Bildern der Portale größer. Ansonsten sind sie aber sauber und sehr vernünftig. Der Service ist durchwachsen. Die einen sind superschnell und freundlich, die anderen sehr langsam und unzuverlässig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt zu wenig Liegen am Pool.

The hotel was fine, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Breakfast excellent value.

Sehr gute Lage, zwischen Trend-Viertel Santa Cantalina und Innenstadt. Bushaltestelle eine Straße weiter (mit Direktverbindung zum Airport) Super Frühstück (frisches Obst, große Auswahl), Zimmer sind schön und positiv aufgefallen: große Spiegel. Was ich nicht optimal finde: Die Sunbeds des Dachterassen-Pools sind nur gegen Gebühr (25 Euro verfügbar) und die restlichen Liege/Sitzmöglichkeiten sind einfach zu wenig.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell. Personalen var glada, trevliga och hjälpsamma. Läget på hotellet var perfekt. Lätt att ta sig till & från flygplatsen och nära till restauranger och shopping. Nice pool på taket.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, the room super modern and clean and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Protur Naisa in Palma. The hotel is very chic, comfortable, clean and the staff were all very friendly. We especially loved the rooftop pool! Breakfast was great and we had some snacks/drinks at the pool which were also really nice. Would highly recommend to others and if would happily return!

Fantastic hotel lovely staff, super clean and had fabulous facilities. Roof top pool was wonderful in the sunshine. Room well equipped toiletries nice and powerful shower. Only feedback would be poor quality cheap coffee/tea a nespresso would have been nice and a bottle of water or refill would have been appreciated otherwise fantastic hotel. Location was wonderful able to walk everywhere in teh city yet very quiet for sleeping.

Enjoyed our stay, good service, easy check in and hotel is very tidy and clean. Some of the facilities need fixing, in particular in the Spa (Jacuzzi, Ice Dispenser, Sauna seats - some wooden slats are broken) and Spa could do with a cold shower / plunge option as its really warm down there. Breakfast very good. Great selection and like the option to order a fresh omolette. Coffee machine isn't the best.

Hôtel proposant de nombreux services et notamment un spa avec hamam et sauna, ainsi q'une piscine sur le rooftop très agréable. Petit-déjeuner très copieux, dommage cependant que les boissons soient industrielles. La chambre était spacieuse mais assez mal insonorisée malheureusement.

We had a wonderful weekend break at Protur Palma. The room was well appointed with a great shower. We had use of the spa and used the indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna on both days. Come hungry for the buffet breakfast there is a lot of choice. Excellent position for walking around as well as catching the bus to Cala Major or Playa de Illetes. The welcome drink voucher was a lovely touch. Look forward to my next wkend break here.

Good but pool and outdoor area was closed / empty without a notice we could find anyway. Not a deal breaker but irritating. Location next to perfect, good with bike rental service and possible parking for car if needed to rent. good breakfast but floor in room a bit stained
