Good location and service dan clean

OK OK so and so. Not to big not to small.

Counter service people no manners, is very bad experience in this hotel.

Hotelnya lumayan bagus sesuai dengan harga. Pelayanan baik ramah dan sopan 🙏.

Serve very poor, TV rusak, facility very poor.

The room is quite small. And the hotel is quite hidden (they're using a different name at the entrance). It 's a 10 minutes walk to aeon mall Puchong.

Yang jenis pembersih bukan disini hotel yang perlu korang pilih but jenis ok jer boleh pilih lah.

The room was very smelly, like old humid rooms that kind of smell, specially the pillows. Like they never clean the pillow before. We have to wear mask in order to sleep. Three cockroaches are spotted in the room. And the bedsheet is awfully old with smoke burn spot. We can't stand the conditions and have to check out first thing in the morning. The front desk is not friendly too. And even after check out, our clothes and hair still smells. Yes, it was that bad.

It was good I was feeling like my house.

The towels are dirty. Toilet also dirty. And in the room smell with cigarettes smoke.

So far OK for me with the cheaper price, but just air condition no enough cold.

the room was so smelly and dirty... you guys taken 80+++ but the room is super small and super dirty... the washroom... my god I don't know how to explain... poor service
